Great, you find all the machines you need, is big, it has a massage chairs and hydro massage tables, It is pretty clean, and has a great promotions. They don’t have any kind of classes as yoga, Pilates etc, friendly workers around and clean

Last night we came in around 830pm and the girl who greeted us was probably the rudest girl ever.We finally were able to get to the gym after a month, typically we go to the Northville Gym, but we wanted to go to Livonia instead to check it out.We got a babysitter for our 5year old for 2 hours and when we arrived at the gym is when the problem started.She asked if I had been there before as aguest. I said No I typically go to Northville. She asked if I had an ID, which was in my car at the shop. I explained I forgot it but I could bring it in next time. I asked if I could sign the sheet because other planet fitness had one in case people forgot their ID.She said, nope I cant let you in without it I'm sorry. I explained how we had paid a babysitter to be able to get the chance to go and she didnt care. She just said no ID no entry.I understand that people need to make sure that you are over 18 but I'm 26, and sometimes getting a babysitter together is a hassle in itself.I asked her if there was any way I could be let in as a guest so to the circumstances of my ID.I was treated with so much disrespect I felt like a criminal.Planet fitness needs to figure this out because I then went to 7mi. They informed me they were part of the same franchise. I explained I forgot my ID and they said, that's completely fine, please just bring it next time.Easy fix, by the same company at a different location. Get yourself together 5mi. Sometimes life happens, way to turn away business whe I'm looking to get a black card myself.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Smaller pf but has at least 1 of each equipment that you need, during busy times sometimes there is a wait for lifting machines but never had issue with cardio machines. Staff very friendly very clean.

If your looking to work out and watch tv think twice about joining this gym. Terrible reception no Fox 2 Detroit and televisions that are missing. As busy as this PF is and as much membership money that walks though the door you'd think they'd fix these issues. However they just keep getting worse. I for one dont care to watch the food network ( some might i get that ) while i workout however sporting events with great reception and your ear bud plug that work would be fantastic.

I go here alot on my lunch hours and the employees are always cleaning the equipment and They're always so friendly. They're always busy keeping it looking nice. I have no complaints.

I’ve been to many planet fitness in Ohio and Michigan and this one is one of the nicer ones. It’s a nice open layout, and a very clean gym area & lockers. Nice location and close to the highways!

I just wanted to say how very well the management takes care of this place. Megon Cody & Ryan, they know your name before you ever check in , and all the garbage is always taken out . Great customer service , keep up the good work. Planet Fitness you need to make sure you keep this team.

This planet fitness is amazing, staff seemed happy, women's changing rooms are large and have plenty of toilets and showers so you're not waiting on people. The set up is great, nice and open with plenty of cardio equipment and weights. They do have tanning and hydro.

The Canton planet fitness is pretty good and has all the amenities you need. Only drawback it's it's size. Pretty small and on a busy afternoon or after work it should be a lot of waiting to get a particular machine . Place was clean and staff are very helpful

I love this gym the staff is so friendly and its always super clean!
