Very clean for a 24 hour gym. Plenty of room, so even when its crowded it doesn't feel stuffy. I wish they had more free weights, but for $20 a month its great.

This is a nice and pretty environment but the staff are rude. I had to go with my children to pay my bill unfortunately because it wouldn't allow me to online. My 2 year old had to use the bathroom but they would not let him because he was not a member! I will never go back there again! Thanks Ryan. You must not have children.

The general manager on duty 3/21/19 needs to be replaced or taken through a full and thorough training session of your system and it’s guidelines. She absolutely had no clue what she is doing. We came to workout today and she refused to let a person in my party in, claiming that her bill had not been paid and that to come in she needed to pay $32. Regardless of her furnishing proof that the money (which everyone knows comes out automatically of your bank account) was deducted on 3/18/19, she still refused to let her in. Completely unacceptable and very poor level of service to a member.

I enjoy this establishment; I've been trying to lose some weight recently, and I decide to attend this gym at least three times a week when I do I notice the staff is amiable and always try to give you respect but also privacy. However, I do wish they had more equipment as even though they seem to have quite the bit to most people I remember my high school fitness center having a wider variety of material available.

I love my home gym, I feel very comfortable working out here and the gym is always clean. I wish they had some type of smoothie and nutrient shake bar or something along those lines. It would be nice if you were able to grab a protein bar and/or a antioxidant packed smoothie after or before a workout, but overall great place to workout.

I have had several gym memberships. I got a PF for when I travel but have become a regular at this location when I need a quick light workout or a tan. Gym is very clean...the cleanest Ive been to, and it's because I am always seeing the staff on the gym floor always working. The workers on the floor are also very nice.

I was nervous about the reviews on the claims of cold water but thought I would try anyway. The showers are cold but only for a couple minutes. It's a big building and it takes a bit for warming up. Typically I go straight to showers and turn one on, then retrieve my belongings to give time to heat up. I love that everything is new, so the tanning beds are working great. Only issue I have had is one worker who just doesn't seem friendly. He's not rude, just not preppy like the rest. This is my new home 😁

Really had a great time working out I was planning on only staying for an hour I end up their 2 and a 1/2 hours

I was really looking forward to this PF coming once Kroger moved out. It is closer to home than the other location I have been going to for years. Very nice, as it should be..it's brand new. Staff was friendly but nothing above the "hey" and "bye". The first time I went there I couldn't use an area of the weights because there was water dripping from the ceiling. The second time I went there I could not use the restrooms as they were "out of order" as well as the same area of weights. I found out that there is not a locker/shower room like the other PF. That's too bad as sometimes I like to get in a 30 minute workout before work and not have to drive back home to shower. There are also some machines and the medicine ball/trampoline at the older PF that are not at this one. Bummer....

The staff were super helpful.I have a complicated process of switching over. Because the last time I was going to transfer it I never finish the process which was totally my fault so they were happy and willing to call several different places to figure out how to fix it! Plus all the machines are brand new!
