Awful, Awful, Awful, the rudest staff ever. No professionalism, they need to take classes in communication and customer services. their manager need some managerial workshop. Never go there. I love where I am now. Fitness 19, they are awesome. They are below negative 1 Thank you

This is a good low cost option for fitness. There are plenty of treadmills and machines for use. The staff is friendly and helpful and make guests feel comfortable. There is a bit of a lack of equipment when it comes to weights (no free barbells at all, no rowing machine, etc.) With respect to value, it's really hard to beat.With respect to accounting for membership, it can be challenging. I had issues closing an account that required me to go in and physically cancel membership. But if you can handle that, go for it.

Been going to this planet fitness for about 4 years now and I love it! Plus all the workers there are nice & friendly! Plus there's a few hot guy workers there so 😍👍🏻 it's nice to see them and all there gym epuitment is brand new and easy to use! Plus love to go tanning there as well after my workout love it there …

All new equipment, unlimited great quality tanning, unlimited massage chairs/beds. Clean bathrooms/showers all around comfortable environment

Facilities were filthy, staff was blatantly anti-military and unprofessional and rude and will try and squeeze extra fees from paying customers. Very dishonest and disappointed that this kind of business is open in this day and age.

Awesome staff! They constantly clean so you don't have to worry about going to a dirty gym. The busiest time is from 6-8 pm so finding a machine gets harder around those times, but you won't have to wait super long to jump on one. Only thing I wish they had was a free weight bench

I really like the gym, it has everything I need to workout, the check-in is easy. I am a black card member and it is good enough for me, I pretty much pay the extra $10 a month for the massage chair, if you just want to workout and leave I recommend the $10 membership

More Fair than Poor. I am a personal trainer/nutritionist and I used to manage gyms. This place is a good value for what you pay BUT the machines are really crappy and totally unorganized. The staff doesn't know anything about fitness or nutrition so they aren't any help if you need it. Don't even get me started on the free junk food, it's like telling an alcoholic to work out in a liquor store. The "Lunk" alarm is the most obnoxious thing I have ever heard in a gym. It went off the other day when no sound at all was made to set it off and it really does sound like a fire engine 10 feet away. Overall you can still get a decent workout in for cheap but the alarm and junk food ruin the experience.

Best value for the money anywhere! I "shopped 'em all", and found that "Planet Fitness" would meet the majority of my needs, without unnecessary frills.I do miss the "Bosu" trainer ball, however, that I had at my previous gym membership. It kept challenging my internal balance mechanism!The staff are courteous. The music can be a little loud - but I have noise cancelling headphones.Thanks everyone!
