Great staff, hex available, hydro massage and chair massage a plus, it's worth the deal. Once you go black you never go back. Lol.

My home gym is a newer location. I stopped in for a visit and was very pleased with this location. It was clean, staff was friendly, equipment is all newer and spaced well, has a core room and 30 minute circuit room.

Came in Friday morning dreading my day due to my neck and shoulder hurting from the way I slept. Their trainer Danielle noticed I was moving funny and spoke to me. I explained what happened and since she didn't have anyone signed up for class she offered to spend that time showing me specific stretches for my neck pain. It really helped me to feel better.

Terrific place. Friendly staff and tons of available equipment. They are open 24/7, so it's easy to find a time to accommodate your fitness needs. Highly recommend!

They will not refund my money. I did not give them any information to take money out my account I’m not even going there to the gym. I did not sign up online. Took out a total of 137.24 since March to may. When I called they said being someone did this you can cancel. Next day charged my card 39.00 and found out through corporate they never canceled me. They are stealing people’s money and using people to still there information so they can charge your card and then get away with it and tell you that I gave them my information online. Do not sign up they are frauds.😡😡😡😡😡💩💩💩

Great place to go! Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the zero tolerance policy for judging or intimidating other members.Amenities are sparse unless you're a black card member. If you are, you can use massage chairs, hydromassage tables, and tanning bed. There are no towels though, so if you want to shower make sure you bring your own.The variety and number of machines is excellent: both cardio and weights. I've never had to wait for a machine. There's TV's everyone can plug into with headphones, and a few machines have personal tvs you can plug your i phone into for personalized viewing.They have an on staff personal trainer that is available to everyone. This is included with membership. I couldn't believe it! This is such a great value that I don't think I've seen at any other gym.This is the ultimate judgement free workout zone, and I really love that. There's even candy at the front desk, and pizza night once a month!Hardcore weightlifters should beware; this is not the place for you! I've seen people dropping weights and grunting while lifting be asked to leave. They really do mean "no intimidation"!This place is perfect for people trying to get into shape, especially if you're just starting out. No one judges you here. Everyone does their own thing, and goes about their business. Even though I have black membership and could go to any planet fitness, this is my hands down favorite.

They ask you for two payment methods during sign up process. If first one fails and second method works fine, they charge late fee because first payment method failed. One lady gave me hard time because I signed up online and not at the branch and said it's my fault that I signed up online. No matter the location there is always an excellent workout to be had. The employees make the members feel welcome and are always glad you came. The atmosphere cannot be beat. It is worth the effort.

Poor customer service. (although polite) Had an employee cancel my membership, it never got cancelled and I was charged for 2 more months of the membership before I noticed. Contacted the branch and politely explained what had happened. They acknowledged that I had called and knew exactly when I did, but refused to offer me any sort of concession or refund for the misinformation I was given. I pay for 2 more memberships on my account that were going to remain active until this experience. My polite request for a 20 dollar refund was denied and just about laughed at, so they wont be getting my $480 for the next year of two other memberships.
