All of the staff are great and very friendly. I love coming here, super clean and big too !

I gotta be honest: I didn't think I would like this gym. No barbell free weights (Smith machines don't count imho), and lots of cardio stuff and machines. But I gotta admit, it's a great place to spend a lunch break, rather than sit at my desk at work and shovel food into my fat face.

You know what to expect with planet fitness, so nothing to say on that end, however, I have my vehicle getting serviced and had to ride my bike 🚲 18 miles to the gym so I could work out, shower, and go to work. I realized I forgot my lock, I kindly asked if I could bring my bike inside and out it out of the way, and was told no, it has to stay outside,I mean really? An $800 bike just sitting there, smh, even Walgreens allows you to bring it inside.Very disappointed, especially since the gym was almost empty.

Great gym but why are all closing and no longer open 24 hours?I work nights and being open 24 hours is very convenient for my schedule. The few nights it is open I have to work so I rarely have time to go anymore and I am paying monthly to never even have time to go

Not as clean as I would have liked to see, the bathrooms and changing area are really small. Tanning bed I used said new bulbs however I don't even feel I have been in a bed.

Was treated very poorly by a specific team member at the front desk upon check-in for no reason at all. I tried waving my phone on the barcode in front of her because she refused to acknowledge me when I walked in but I assumed that was the right one because she was working behind it. She scolded me, waving her finger at me very inappropriately acting and speaking very out of normal people tone. Raven was highly immature and extremely unprofessional. She had a huge attitude you can tell that this is just her personality. Thank God this isn’t my home base.

I was treated very unfairly by the general manager Henry at 1935 telegraph gym.Being a member since 2012 I have never had a bad experience with staff at any location. I was asked to provide my drivers license after being ignored while giving my phone number to sign in. I was told to give my phone number,full name & DOB.I felt better after speaking to Ashley about the situation.Ashley deserves a raise for caring & help me file my grievance.

Not happy about being able to pay by cash monthly. They Wanted to charge direct from my card . I went to pay for next month's bill & was informed I was already in default & was a month behind in payment when only being a member for 3 weeks. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership. I was misinformed by desk staff.
