You need a stamp from inside 24 for ticket outside to leave if over hr or 2 or pay fee. The light getting out is weird it blinks only red when you can go but solid when u need to stop and you cant go left haha be careful I just paid fee and never going back feels like I am in New Your going to that 24hr lol the cycle bike does not have good adjustability to hardened pedal compared to other 24s this one sucks

Hopefully the management will see my complaint. The swimming pool is very dirty and it's because they keep the door to the swimming pool opened from the outside so people could come in through it to the dressing rooms. While I was swimming for an hour I counted 45 men walking to there dressing rooms next to people swimming in the shoes they wear on the street. It's disgusting. By the way, the door to the dressing room is right on the left from the door to the swimming pool. You have to only enter swimming pool after dressing room changed in swimwear!

Tucked into downtown Long Beach the exterior looks small, but the inside is pretty significant. This gym has a okay free weight area but the upstairs pool and cardio area is amazing. The staff keeps the gym and parking lot clean which isn't always the case with city gyms.

Great space and layout. Very convenient since I live in the area. Very clean, staff is professional and helpful. Much better space than old 24 hour gym.

I had 24 Hour Fitness a couple years ago, but the OG spot on Ocean closed so I left for Crunch. First, I want to start by saying my 3 day pass through a phone call with Jeremy, went to full membership through Kris (who showed me how to use the app and use the Google grid for busiest times of day), then to a personal training package within one week. I have motivation to be there, now 7 days in a row. On day 3, Rob approached me about a free training session for my day 7. It was a perfect 30 min session and I signed up! They offer Military/First Responder deals and they have great customer service.I am a Regional Manager in sales and I look for these service cycle experiences. So, nice job. On that note, I left Crunch too.

For the additional payment of being a super sport, I really expect more. Much of the equipment is broken and not tagged as such which nearly made me injure myself. After reporting equipment not much is done. The steam room is rarely functioning as well. Compared to the super sport in orange as well as others I have attended, this place could use some attention.
