The facility is clean, they try to maximize the space with equipment, nice turf area, but parking is terrible. 2 hour limit during business hours and it gets congested!

Good clean equipment. Parking is validated but capped at 2 hours. No towel service even though a Super Sport teir. Very busy during the afternoon rush.

Cool gym! Just AVOID! 5pm-9pm Mon-ThurIt’s suppppppper packed! Lastly I would give this gym a 5 star BUT “Diamond” (The Heavier African American Girl) at the front desk is always soooo rude! Like she always has an attitude and never smiles as if people checking in is a burden to her, and if you have to buy something and she rings you up omg!!, she will act as if your REALLY inconveniencing her!

Johanna was very aggressive in her sales pitch. And not in a good way. I was there for over an hour just trying to get a guest pass and I was overwhelmed by the many times I was offered a membership, which I clearly stated I didn’t want to sign up for. Johanna lied about having 5 days to cancel a membership and when I called to cancel (because I was basically coerced and forced into signing up) they said I was signed up for a commitment plan that I couldn’t cancel.I left crying after the gym tour and it wasn’t helpful at all. Don’t come here.

First of all i want to thank Terrence Mc Bride he is an awesome representative good customer service .It’s a chill 24hr fitness .... this is my sanctuary ... I love this 24 hr fitness. They nice brand new equipment . It’s always clean everywhere & the bathrooms are neat . It’s beautiful & plus they have trainers their to help you on your goals & motivation . Five star place

What a horrible experience I had today at this location. I've been a member of the gym for about 2 months and in the middle of my work out, Randy Garcia the " sales Manager" as he stated, came at my cousin around 9:40 a.m. yelling. Her and I were working out together as usual, We try to work out together at least 3 times per week because I live in Anaheim (cousin lives in LB) so going there daily is very difficult for me. He approached her today to tell her to stop training people in his location, he was being loud that everyone around could hear what he was saying. I felt bad for her so I had to stop working out. I felt he could have handled that situation in a more polite way . NO RESPECT at all. He didn't care about us working out at the time he approached her. So RUDE, ZERO customer service and empathy for us members! He's definitely not doing a good job for 24 hours fitness as sales manager.

This location is a super sport yet it doesn't have towels, a basketball court or a kids center. It would be nice if they made up for that by adding some punching bags ( i was told by an employee they were bringing them in soon however, nothing as of yet). on the positive note, it is a new gym so it is very clean and all the equipment is new
