Great Customer Service!New management & Team improved the whole gym!Been a member for years & never seen the gym so clean on the DAILY!Recommendation Service: CARLI have never seen a service team member work as hard as he does out of all me years & I used to work for the company!-Sweeping, Cleaning & on the go every second-Vacuuming/Gym maintenance-Cleaning the walkway in front of the building (Gum, Stains, etc.)-Greeting all membersHighly recommend Carl to be promoted!Thank you 24!

This is one of the best 24 hour fitness, if the best.The entrance is inviting. The check in tables are spotless. The displays all are neat.The gym equipment was all in order.The bathrooms are clean and with non slip mats! They had blow dryers too!The lockers all worked and were clean inside and out.There is free parking!

One of the best gym fitness center overall the others I've attended in the past! Excellent quality of service and experience!

Why do you guys call yourselves 24 hour fitness. You are not open 24 hours. Ughhhhhhhhhhh. I guess I will give my money to Planet Fitness.

The gym has most of what you ask for in a gym. Good spacing and comfortable workout environment.

Staff is sometimes friendly, but the upkeep is poor. Sauna is a health code violation waiting to happen.Edit: a smoothie was spilled on the calf extension machine prior to pandemic. 3 years later (as of May 14th 2022) that smoothie is still there. Sauna has finally been cleaned however.

NOT 24 hour fitness! Not open 24 hours. A lot of the equipment is not functioning properly, approximately 40%. With all the weight equipment available, there's very few 5 & 10 pound plates, not enough to go around and people are continually walking around looking for them. Often there are none available at all and that's at 5am when it's not busy. I am updating this post, as of May of 2019 the situation is worse: Approximately 60% of the equipment does not work properly and they have raised the monthly cost to pay for new upgrades, which are the Televisions that only operate off of the 24 hour fitness Wifi that does not work at all. We have been coming here for two years and there is no effort by staff as it pertains to cleanliness, maintenance and upgrades.

>>>UPDATE 9/2022<<<GYM IS CROWDED ALL DAY & TIMES OF THE WEEK. AS A MEMBER OF THIS GYM FOR 6 YEARS, THIS HAS BEEN THE WROST YEAR, I DONT KNOW IF KIDS ARE BRAGGING ABOUT THIS GYM BUT NOW THIS GYM LOOKS LIKE A CRUNCH FITNESS CROWD. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO HUNT FOR YOUR MACHINES & WEIGHTS.Best location so far!The only thing is that since fitness 19 closed all the young kids transfer to this location for and now the crow is bigger and younger. Beware of kids[13 to 20 years old]recording every set they do and they come in groups as well, many days are random sometimes Mondays will be crowded sometimes not it depends! This is the ONLY LOCATION THAT STILL CLOSES EARLY! THEY DONT WANNA EXPAND THR OPERATION HRS BUT CAN HIRE DIFFERENT STAFF EVERYTIME AND SWITCH THEM EVERYTIME.
