Just got a membership. First time at this location. Everything was clean. The machines looked to be in great shape. Not too crowded. Plenty of parking. The lighting was a concern outside. It seemed like some lights were out. But other than that it was a great experience.

Overall I gotta say it's a good gym BUT! to begin with, my dad bought me a year membership and he got one for himself too. Then covid came and closed the gyms. Fine, now, they reopen and with limited hours. It's still called 24 hour fitness. If they could open until at least midnight! Besides they cut a couple of months from my membership, eventhough all the mandates were happening. I think I either deserve some money back or extend my membership.

Great gym but instructions are rude. They don’t stick to schedule starting 15- 20 minutes early. Forcing other not taking the class to rush out without finishing their workouts. Which is rude and unprofessional. There is a class schedule for a reason.

Good location and equipment. It’s clean. But TERRIBLE HOURS. This gym closes way too early to be a “24Hour” gym. When a 24Hour gym has to put their actual hours on their front door, it just seems lame. I could go to another 24Hour near by that’s bigger but why drive further for a crowded one.

First time ever in a fitness gym and found this place is great. Trainers are wonderful and understanding. Everything was new to me so he was great at showing me the ropes, so to speak. I'm luck, its walking distance from my home.Only one day in but I recommend this place. More updates from me later

Full disclosure, I am writing this review after two extremely frustrating experiences with this location. It is one thing to fail to notify your clients of a class cancellation once, but apologies only mean so much when you’re not changing the problem behavior. Today, was the second time that I have driven all the way to this location after triple-checking the app and contacting the front desk to confirm that the class was for sure going to happen. However, it is the second time that I have been told upon arrival, that they are actually not having the class that they advertised and just never bothered to update the app or notify the front desk to tell people that are calling in that the class is not happening. Apparently, you cannot trust that the classes they list and state are happening, will actually be held as promised; EVEN when you do the due diligence of calling them to confirm twice before driving to this location. I would not recommend this location to people who go to the gym for classes or have to drive significant distances to get to the gym.

Man I love going to the gym but this outdoor gym. There is no staff inside to see what is going on. You have people sitting at a machine for an hour not using it just sitting there. You have staff that does not pay attention when you sign in. I don’t even think they know if anyone is not suppose to come in the tent. There is no one there to know. A shame I have to pay for the gym then go home and workout because people are sitting on machines that I need to use for hours. I spend 2 hours here all the time it’s the same thing and I’ve only been going here for a week. Smh
