I didn't know what to expect when I started. This was the first time for me taking any form of martial arts training. It was something I felt my son and I needed to do with the increasing amount of violence in our society and the need to be ready if something should occur.Alan, Candace, and Gracie are phenomenal. They have the right balance of teaching the discipline with a no nonsense approach, patience, and making it fun. I've learned a lot in a short time. .. and the thing I've appreciated the most is the sincerity and their commitment to you. Alan tells you straight when you're excelling or making corrections in your technique. He wants you to be at your best and will definitely give you the tools to defend yourself. I definitely feel I'm in the right place and have more confidence as a result.

Did this class years ago and I loved it. When I took this class I didn't kno much until I took this class I've learned so much in I still know what they teached me till this day 2023. I member when i first started I went in try kicking that heavy bag i hurt my ankle bad real bad LoL 😆 but when I learn how to kick properly I was kicking the hell out that heavy bag like crazy. Thanks to my instructor who I see is still there💪🏿💯

360 is really fun and always a great workout too. I was intimidated at first because I probably hadn’t even thrown a punch in my entire life, and I’m not in great shape, yet, but everyone is very supportive and welcoming. I’m learning a lot about myself in the process. If you are looking to do martial arts I recommend trying 360.

Great workout and Self Defense training..

I've been getting back-to-back text messages to join the program and get the free classes I finally took the time to drive 30 minutes to the location after speaking with someone not one time did the person say anything about being late or anything like that if I had known that I would have made sure I was either on time or reschedule she said nothing about being turned away because you were 1 minute late, looking at my kid as she started crying like oh well and walked off. No one said anything to me, but they sure can blow my messages up. The only thing I know is the person texted me that they saved my daughter a spot and they'll see me soon. Not cool.

I would recommend 360 to anyone who wants to learn self defense, or learn a new skill while getting in shape. Alan and Candace who teach the classes and owner the academy are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, and pay attention to detail.I always leave having learned something new even if it’s a take down method or boxing combo that I’ve done before!
