I love this gym it is super sanitary there is always someone cleaning. The staff are friendly and approachable. I have a wonderful trainer Rene who works well with my needs. There is an abundance of parking you don't ever have to worry about that. Overall I recommend this GYM other amenities are a pool, sauna, locker rooms, showers, chiropractor/massage/rehab, and a child center I believe they charge 10 dollars.

The AC has not been working in over a week.It smells so had in there and it’s so hot you can’t even workout. That’s so sad.

Been coming here for 3 years now and never had a problem with anything or anyone but this new management sucks , worse customer service ever with all these new employees.Only like 3 girls there at the desk are so sweet and polite but the ones that sign you up for memberships have an attitude & don’t even greet the customers.

They still haven't fixed the pool temperature! I don't know why they are dragging their feet. It's the only thing I use when I go, so I want tepid water! Otherwise, you can say the pool is beautiful and clean.

Great place. Very clean, friendly staff and great vibes environment. The decor is energetic and calm. Will be coming here to work out more after. The lockers are kept clean and the equipment looks almost new.

I want to express my gratitude for the prompt response from the front desk team and the manager, Stephanie, to my previously communicated concern. However, I feel compelled to address an extremely worrying situation regarding hygiene at Exporta Gym in Lakewood.I have always noticed the hard work of the maintenance staff, but during my recent visit, I observed the maintenance staff using the same broom used to pick up papers from the exercise area to remove papers from men's urinals. To make matters worse, he then used the same broom to retrieve papers from above the sink. This act goes against basic hygiene standards and poses a clear risk of cross-contamination.This type of behavior is unacceptable and violates hygiene laws. It is essential to highlight that the contamination of cleaning utensils in human waste areas and their subsequent use in areas where hands touch poses a serious risk to public health.I understand that people can make mistakes, but this could be the result of a lack of training or awareness about the importance of maintaining hygiene in shared areas such as bathrooms. It would be beneficial for the staff to receive appropriate training on cleaning practices and health standards to prevent similar incidents in the future.While I appreciate Stephanie's call to address my concern, the hygiene situation warrants serious attention and immediate action. Therefore, I give a rating of 4 stars for customer service but unfortunately, a rating of 0 stars for hygiene, reflecting the severity of the situation.I hope this concern is taken seriously, and immediate measures are implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all gym users.Thank you again for the prompt attention to this matter.

I love this gym it’s close to home and the staff is super cool and they work hard, however the kids who come in and don’t rerack and take up everything can be a deterrent. But I come in and do what I gotta do but that’s the only issue for me other then that I’m good and it’s a great place

Every time is the same...the showers are always dirty same as the locker... very poor management..it seems that the personal dont care about the presentation of the entire facility...is at shame...is at brand new Gym..but it looks so abandoned.Some members are homeless people who lives in the same parking lot!!!!

Might need to change gyms,.. this one is always crowded, I hardly can use the machines. They also need to hired better zumba instructors. I like going to the zumba classes but haven't in weeks because the instructors are bad.

I’ve been a member for at least 3 years I wish it would be 24 hours , gym is always too packed never have time to use the machines . They aloud too many free visitors and gets too busy . I’ve tried different hours and just don’t use the gym that much anymore . Also the AC is hardly on, and with all people exercising , sweating. Is very smelly . Hope the impriove this gym
