Update :Sauna finally fixed with new timer, took years but it works better than what they had. Now if they can just bring back the paper towels. They expect for you to clean the equipment with your towel. They never have wipes available and the ones they use dry out needing to use more than they would line you to use. Come on Esporta do better, be better than the other gyms!Need to do better with service, sauna doesn’t seem to work and the staff at the front desk are clueless. Using cheap wipes that dry out quickly isn’t the beet idea to try and clean the machines before and after use. Service has been on a downward spiral for quite sometime now.Update still sauna issues they can’t seem to get things rolling at this gym. Hoping that upper management actually reads the reviews at this point it seems that the service reflects upon the managers ability to lead which is at this point unacceptable! 12/27/22Will the new year be any different?

After renovations, the gym is now clean, well equipped working fitness machines, decent group classes, together with clean restroom and working area. It makes this location much more attractives than others around.

There’s someone by the name of Inek, I think that’s how you spell it, who made my experience uncomfortable. I went to the secluded weight area to do my own thing and this Inek guy came up to my mom’s personal trainer and told him training was only for my mom, while glaring at me. I was only working on light weights doing my own thing due to me recovering from an injury. This Inek peron got a supervisor, who was Erik was trying to mediate the situation since I explained what was going on and said it was fine for me to PT. Erik mentioned that Inek had told him a different story than my mom’s personal trainer and myself, already proving Inek is a liar. But even when my mom’s PT, Erik and this Inek guy were talking, he kept glaring at me so I left the area, feeling uncomfortable. I do know who the DOM is and am debating to bring this up because I know rules are to be enforced, but not with lies or exaggerations. If people are unable to train in the secluded weights area, then please add some signs saying. I know it’s their job to enforce rules, but come up and ask me to leave instead of having three people figure the situation, wasting my mom’s time for PT she’s paying money for.

Great place to workout l, and plenty of equipment. I do wish the staff enforced the cleaning of equipment more!! So gross people, wipe down you're sweat when you're done!!!!!

There aren't any attachments for the cable machines. I guess you have to bring your own.

Staff is friendly 5 starts on that, but they need to put more attention to clean the restrooms and locker room. They also have a lot of the equipment that is being broken for a month or so.

Staff is nice and they greet you when you come inside the gym. They always have music playing, its not too loud or too quiet which is good. What bothers me is that I wish they would put some sort of sign on the saunas for people to be mindful of others and keep their voices low. I go in the sauna to relax not listen to others drama. Another thing that bugs me is that in the mornings, there’s always equipment in the studio where classes are held. I’m not sure if they clean up the previous night but I don’t think it’s cool for the instructors or for me to have to pick up other people’s equipment before classes. I also wish they had cable tv and more paper towels/ alcohol wipes to wipe down equipment.Edit: So this morning I found out that their response to people not re-racking their weights and putting away equipment in the dance room, is to lock it up at all times unless there’s a class. The staff member told me to exit the studio after class ended and that it’s policy to lock it up. Excuse me, show me where on the contract it says that because I know if I pay annual fee and monthly fees, I have the right to use the amenities. I would understand there would be exceptions if there were any luxury amenities such as a cryo room or a deep massage room etc, but it’s a literally a studio where MANY people lift weights since the rest of the floor has no designated free standing areas. Why not post signs to re -rack equipment like they did in the small training area? It literally makes no sense to lock up the studio room and this gym is being such a disappointment.

Decent gym with decent equipment. Almost always unorganized and weights are never put away by members. Bring your own cleaning supplies/wipes because they are almost ALWAYS out. I don’t dare use the showers there again after finding endless hair and rotting banana peels in there.Staff is nice, but seem to like to hangout and only check if things are in stock/clean if a member asks them to. They may harass you about personal training! I had to block their number cause they kept calling me.
