Kickboxing class is amazing, Miss Trias is the best. And jiu-jitsu class with Mr. V is wonderful. This place is the perfect place to learn self defense!!!

What more can I say this dojo has been my daughters saving grace. My daughter has been a victim of bullying and me figgy and the whole power of one staff have become extended members of our family. Mr figgy especially has gone above and beyond for our daughter ñ. He is always there for us. Has been a mentor for our daughter and brings a certain light and energy to power of one that we can honestly say is what makes our daughters experience one of a kind. This dojo not only has built our daughters confidence but shown her discipline and been the motivation that we could not do for her. Ty so very much mister figgy and power of one for being part of our daughters journey and helping her become the amazing little lady she is becoming
