My son and I attended a try out session for about 20 minutes and I was impressed from the minute I walked through the door. The staff was attentive, welcoming and friendly. My son was invited to participate right away and he was comfortable enough to accept the invitation. We look forward to getting started next week! This seems to be the right sport and the spot for us.

I have been coming to the po1 since 2011. It has changed my life both physically and mentally. It has given me focus at work and a unique sense of confidence that I thought I already had. As an adult you feel like you have accomplished alot in life. Until you take your first class and find out how much you still don't know as an adult. Or in the words of Mr Miagi ""you trust the quality of what you know not the quantity".

This is a GREAT dojo with a strong team of teachers. I have gained so much from training there in the past 9 years. It's my second home! Been here for 15 years. Had I not started training at the Power of One I'd be a completely different person. Aside from the physical aspect, I'm am truly greatful for such amazing character developmemt program. Life changing... This place is next to none!
