I was hesitant at first to join but I have found a second family that pushes me to be the best part of myself. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. No matter how out of shape I was, I always felt like i was the greatest athlete and could do anything! They make you feel like anything is possible! I love this place!

I was working out on my own and getting frustrated by the lack of results when a friend recommended TFW. I was welcomed by smiles, not a hard sale like most gyms. The workouts are fun and challenging for all levels AND they produce results. The team at TFW are always there to motivate members whether it’s through workouts or providing nutritional advice to help each student to reach their individualized fitness goals. I can’t thank them enough for having my back and encouraging me every step of the way.

This place is awesome! It’s a gym, but not like any other gym you may have been to. You really need to come and experience it to understand. The coaches are there to guide you and help you get better, healthier, and stronger. All members (warriors) lend support and encourage each other - lots of high fives!! Each day the workout is a little different, which keeps it fun, exciting, and challenging! It is this winning combination that keeps me coming back each day!!

Super awesome gym. It is truly built for people of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels. Every class is fun and even though I’m trying to work through some back problems (previous issue), I still get a great sweat in! All the coaches are so helpful and if you need modifications - no problem. I love that there are super fit people working out with people that may just be getting started and we all have a ton of fun together. Since joining in January, I am already seeing results I am so happy with. You must come experience what TFW is all about!

Absolutely the most encouraging and welcoming gym I've ever been a part of. They genuinely want to help you improve and become the best version of yourself, with focus on form and fill body work so you won't get injured. Get in for a class, seriously, you will not regret it!

I've been attending 4 classes a week for the last few weeks and am feeling soooo much better! The mental health aspect is inspiring and refreshing plus I love the coaches and their ability to talk me through good form and proper technique! They are kind and sincere and the workouts are really fun! Oh yeah, and I've lost 15lbs!!!!

Joined 2 weeks ago and am feeling about 20 years younger. The workouts are varied and are definitely giving me the results I desire. I feel stronger and am energized for the day. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I am 56 and have never really done free weights before. The instructors are very good at coaching form and I am doing things now I thought were a distant memory. The atmosphere is very supportive and encouraging and is helpful in finding your fittest self.

Great gym with really great staff. They focus on challenging classes lead by trainers. I love that they welcome and encourage all levels of fitness. I have been going for the past three months and the variety of the classes keep me coming back. I was bored going to gym and working on machines by myself so much so that my working out took a back seat. Now I look forward to each class and try to go at least four days a week. Highly recommended.
