Honestly not sure why pf is hated on so much. They might not have free weights but for the price it's so worth. The employees are also just really nice

It deserves zero stars! They wore out the pandemic excuse for closing early & the community is so, beat down, they don't know how to stand up for anything so, PF owners continue to go against Franchise standards & close early every day, earlier Friday through Sunday. If I could afford to go somewhere else, I would! The city doctors injected me with toxins & I have to wait until I get energy so, my workouts are a matter of life & death but, sometimes I don't get energized until after they close. They need to put card readers on the doors for members that are on a different schedule then most! 24hr Franchise standard!

This gym location on main st. in longmont has gone downhill tremendously! The workers don't care do to their job at all I can walk in no one will even look up from their phones or stop a conversation with another worker to make sure I scanned in and make sure I scanned my guest in. I was having issues with the app getting my black card guest info to come up to scan, they just let you walk right in without scanning in. They never even looked up. They are constantly out of paper towel and cleaning spray to wipe down machines, but when you mention it to a team member they act as if it's an inconvenience and it'll be still empty the rest of the week. They have people sleeping in their lobby on the waiting couch for the amenities and went it is brought up to them they use excuses to not have to deal with the situation. I understand that it's hard to find good employees that actually care and want to do the job, but it would be nice to have even just one employee or manager that actually wanted to make sure the gym is safe and clean for us who pay for a monthly membership.

PF Longmont (Main St) location. the machines are covered in dust, floor is full of dust bunnies, the drinking fountain is a mess, locker rooms look horrible, sinks are dirty, mirrors are covered in gunk, outside entry-area covered with trash, toilets are scary. Are you guys trying to push me towards Golds Gym? Cuz I'm almost there.

Standard planet fitness although any actual care in the building has gone downhill significantly. Bathrooms are disgusting with trash all over the floor, makeup wipes on the sinks and the lockers are gross. Trash is left in the machines. Just wish they cared a little more. Hire better staff

Don't show up after a concert or traveling and expect to be treated fairly. They couldn't find me in the computer, and telle to download an app. If an app was required. The franchise would make that the policy. The snot running the desk then tells me I'm not welcome without the app. Biden's America. Countries going down the tubes

Each time I visit the gym at Larkridge in Westminster Colorado it is filthy. The tanning beds and tanning rooms are always dirty.I hope this improves in the future. I have mentioned this concern to the staff at the front desk several times but nothing has been done to change it. One of the staff swept the floor in the tanning room one time I mentioned it but didn't clean the tanning bed. I just make sure I don't touch anything when I tan at this gym. I hope it's clean the next time I visit.

Clean and friendly. Could use some free weights for squatting but hey, it's cheap.

They’re over charging my account and the requiring me to come into the store to sort this out. Annoying to say the least!
