My favorites place for physical therapy and gym use. The entire staff is great to work with.

The best! When I scheduled surgery for my torn rotator cuff, I knew the Physical Therapist would be just as important to my recovery as the quality of the surgeon. A K Fitness and Therapy did not disappoint! All of their staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. You can truly tell they all love working there. It’s always a pleasure.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. Anybody with a high school level of education can see why AK is rated number one in Longview. I spend much of my life in therapy due to my active nature and disdain for pharmaceuticals. This facility has never failed to improve my conditions presented within the budgetary constraints of the VA. I never feel satisfied that I have done all I possibly could have done unless I have been to AK first.

The therapists and assistants are great!! Kathy, the lady that handles insurance is not. I’ve called my insurance twice being told I was approved for more physical therapy visits on Friday (they told me details of my situation and everything so I know they are being honest) and she is telling me that I have not been approved and she has checked twice today (Monday). I told her I don’t know what to do because my dr is not happy with the progress of my knee after surgery and says I can not miss any therapy. Kathy told me I could not come back in without approval from insurance and was not willing to help me get this figured out. I understand there could be miscommunication here but at this point by not helping me figure this out she is only hurting me. I’m 6wks post surgery and cannot bend my knee to 90 degrees. Dr made it very clear I will have problems with this knee if I don’t get more aggressive therapy and make progress. Which I told her that and said I guess I need to go somewhere else and she just said ok. Will be going elsewhere. Again the therapist and the PTA’s are great

The best therapy center I’ve attended. Everyone from the receptionist to the physical therapists and in between are highly skilled in their work, professional, kind and patient. They understand why we’re there and will guide us along to meet our therapy/fitness goals. Their expertise in this field is beyond amazing, and my strength in my shoulder due to a car accident years ago has improved immensely. The pain has decreased, my mobility has increased and my posture has improved greatly. Thank you all so much for helping me. I highly recommend this center. :)

The worst physical therapy I came on time for my appointment and the staff on reception not professional. I don’t recommend at all

Went for a few months after I moved here after knee replacement. They started off good then one of the owners wanted 2 more degrees and without noticed push leg in and tore something in my knee. I could barely walk out out place. It swill up really bad. Before that my knee was fine. Now I walk with a limp. Wish I would has stud them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I went to the scrub store inside A K Fitness, which is called Progressive. I bought 2 shirts off a 60% off sales rack. One of the shirts was too small. I went back 2 days later to exchange it for a larger size, same style, same shirt, just a larger size, and I had my receipt. I was told no, there is a policy in place that states all sales are final. No exceptions, not even exchanges, with a receipt. I was never told this the day I bought it, and there is no sign at the register stating this, so I didn't know. They have small 5"7 signs on the racks that have this listed in tiny script at the bottom, however this is extremely ineffective, because I didn't see it, or I would have tried them on. The sales associate was so horribly rude. She did nothing to make me, the customer, satisfied. If anything, she took pleasure and indifference in turning me away, stuck with a shirt I can't wear. I will never, ever go there again.
