I want to start this review by saying I do enjoy working out at the Sports Club. I’ve built some great relationships with some of the gym goers and there’s a nice since of community there.On the flip side, I joined this location in Oct 2022 because of 3 major amenities. The hot food/drink area, the full length basketball court, and the rooftop workout area.My issue is there has been a price increase yet only 1 of the amenities I care about is fully functional (basketball court). The rooftop has limited use since the weights and other equipment have been removed, and the hot bar doesn’t look like it will be open anytime soon.All in all the experience could be better. Equinox staff and leadership for this location need to do better at managing members expectations and communicate any delays that might affect the guest experience.

Facilities are in a sad state of disrepair. Many machines are not working, equipment is dirty, staff will only help clients if they are "personal trainer" potential. More effort seems to be going to signing up new members than to keeping a standard of cleanliness and service. There are too many managers who don't interact with the clients and make the gym experience better for those of us who want to get a good workout for our fees. Honestly, if there were a better alternative in west LA, I wouldn't stay at Equinox.

Very disappointed, lockers do not work so I need to run around naked trying to find a staff to open it. and they say that the lockers are malfunctioning so it is OK, just deal with it. Heard so many other people with the same issues and no one seems to care to fix it. For a high price it is a very poor quality service.

Pretty much over priced DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Wouldn't recommend at all. You better of at a less expensive gym.

What a disappointing club, the only good thing about it is the reception, very old equipment, poor maintenance and members use the jacuzzi naked, I ran out of that place.
