I love this studio! While I've been very happy up until this point, I'm very sad to hear they're cutting staff hours and my favorite trainer, Hunter, will no longer be teaching here. If this wasn't the case, I'd be giving 5 stars.

I got a great first impression! Staff was friendly. They have 90-minute validated parking. Great balanced workout; their structure and the coaches really set you up for success - it makes it easier to "give it your all" at each session.

There are some really great instructors here, I love OT and this location is fantastic. The only problem is with the location, you'll be stuck paying for parking because the class is an hour and you only get 1 hour free with Westfield. I believe Gelsons validates for 90 minutes if you're looking to save $4, or you can ride your bike there.

Thank you JESSE for being so kind and helpful over the phone! I’ve received beyond excellent customer service from Jesse and he was very accommodating to my needs and concerns!!! Loved his personality! I can’t wait to take my first class next week! Thank you Jesse! :-)

I think OTF is one of the best ways anyone can spend their time at “the gym”. I love that the instructors are given a program that is flexible enough to be a challenge for elite athletes without send those with moderate weight loss goals running. (Although you will be doing a bit of running...) Studio is clean, the staff is as friendly as it gets and they even validate your parking for an extra half hour to give you time to shower and change on-site. My girlfriend and I love this program and this studio!

A great workout studio. I started up when they opened in February and they've been kicking my butt ever since. I came in second in their weight loss challenge and won some money. The coaches are all pretty great, but I prefer Benzo or Halima. The workouts change every day. It's supposed to be a surprise, but I always check Reddit the morning of to be prepared. All studios worldwide do the same workout. Wearing a heart rate monitor and trying to gett to the "orange zone" is a good motivating factor. Getting a report card email after is nice too.
