For the life of me I cannot understand how this could warrant a $10 extra fee for being a premier studio. Shoebox sized, cramped, and the session was mediocre at best. I'm baffled, but I gave an extra star because the front desk guy was super nice.

I've been frequenting this location for about 9 months & it is truly such a great workout. I never thought I'd be a HIIT workout girlie but Orange Theory makes it extremely accessible & I never feel a sense of competition with anyone else I workout with. I highly recommend it to any of my friends who want a great start to their morning.Shoutout to Kaitlin, Natalee, and Taylor for being amazing coaches!!

I’ve been a member of Orangetheory for over 5 years, and it’s the only workout I’ve ever stuck with and genuinely enjoyed. I love going to this one on Melrose! It’s a roomy interior with new equipment and incredible coaches. Everyone is SUPER friendly here (not always guaranteed being around Hollywood lol). Special shout-out to Coaches Kaitlin, Eric, Jasmine, and Brian for their classes, charisma, and playlists!

I was in LA for two weeks and I decided to visit the studio. I was extremely disappointed. To start off they charge a $10 fee as it is considered a luxury studio. I was completely fine with the fee however i could not be more disappointed with the service. The work out seemed very lazy. The couch was wearing crocs and was on her phone texting the entire time. The music was dull and they played the song all the way to the end. At the studio I attend (Miami) the coaches use remixes to keep you motivated throughout your workout. I will point out that the front desk staff and the coach were very friendly. However, i would not recommend this location.

I visited this studio from out of state and was throughly disappointed with the front desk girl and coaches. I attend OTF 7 days a week in my home state and know what to expect. The front desk young lady was disrespectful, rude and not welcoming. The studio manager was also disrespectful and dismissive. The two classes I attended both coaches kept changing the music and so it was very choppy and extremely hard to get into the work out. The equipment is VERY used and in poor working condition. I was charged an extra $10 each class for visiting a new studio (even tho I pay for unlimited classes) because this studio is supposedly a tier 3 (whatever that means) . Anywho, I would NOT recommend this his studio for an out of towner, a regular or a first timer.

The community and spirit at OrangeTheory is the best part of working out here! The coaches all take time to help you and correct your form, and the environment is supportive and encouraging. Love OTF!!!

The coaches here are all knowledgeable and have great energy which is important in group classes, front desk staff are all super nice. Best thing about the classes is you get to go to your level and don't need to worry about the person next to you. Favourite are the benchmark days they have every month that helps keep the workouts relevant and fresh.

I’ve been going to OTF for years (minus the pandemic months). I love how strong I feel after a couple of months rowing, running, and weights. When I go to my gym at home I feel confident in using the moves I learned at OTF. I will say that for me classes can get repetitive so I’ve added additional outside classes like yoga and barre to shake up routine. Not a full 5 since sometimes it’s tough to get a hold of someone on the phone and parking at certain locations can be frustrating. All in all find an instructor you love and take the 60 mins.

Absolutely love this workout studio. The staff is super friendly and the studio is spotless. I feel safe with their covid-19 protocols.
