Decided to visit from out of town. The staff and coaches were very nice and welcoming. My only negative comment is that the floor is extremely uncomfortable to work out on. It crumbles in your hands and on your knees. Use the mat or wear long pants here

Two main reasons why I am avoiding this OTF studio and decided to cancel my membership.1. Honestly, for being a “premium” studio; it’s outdated, the owner refuses to make any upgrades. From the treadmills that only go up to a speed of 12 (when all premium OTF studios have newer treadmills with 15 speed and bigger screens for more insight on individual performance), outdated rowing machines (again, owner refuses to upgrade to newer rowers with individual monitors that track performance), to the floor with benches that aren’t the OTF standard, and floors that are nearly impossible to do exercise in because it’s pebbled and leaves residue (it’s so bad there are uneven areas throughout).2. Secondly, I have been a member for some time now, but in the last few months a new head coach, name rhymes with Jamie… just has not been the best in my opinion. I was doing one of the tread-blocks and wasn’t feeling too comfortable so decided to take it easy - this coach then approaches me and makes an uncomfortable and unprofessional comment about how I should be working out. Truly in disbelieve because I’ve always been able to work at my pace and do alternatives on the treadmill - I understand being pushed and encouraged to be the best version of yourself but the comment just didn’t sit right with me. I’ve avoided taking “Jamie’s” class ever since. This wasn’t just my experience; I know a handful of members that have avoided taking her class. They either go to other studios or have cancelled their longtime memberships because of the hostile environment “Jamie” creates.Lastly, I would encourage you take a class if you’ve never done so (there are several outstanding coaches: Suzy, Luciana, Jake, Joei, Joe, Josh, and Sara) and staff in this studio — except for “Jamie”) it’s just unfortunate that the head coach has failed to present a professional and welcoming environment. Do keep your options open to other newer studios (they’re all within walking distance - from F45, Equinox, Camp, Soul Cycle).

Do not come here. The owner is a passive aggressive white woman who gives you an attitude when you don't buy several classes. They are probably the worst franchise owners in all of oTF

Whitney, the owner, can be truly proud. I showed up this morning to ask to do a class as a walk-in and the team could not have been more helpful. Rafa, Luciana and Chris sorted out a temporary membership and walked me through what the workout would entail. I did the workout which was challenging but manageable. Orange Theory Fitness are on to something and I look forward to going to OTF sessions when I am back in the UK.

The workout, coaches, staff & my fellow classmates are all incredible. Im grateful to be part of the OTF family since they opened the DTLA location.

Love this gym! Love the ever changing workouts. If we all worked out in sync, i believe it would be 5 star worthy. I feel like its more challenging when everyone is in sync like other bootcamps ive been to, but orange theory is great ♡

I've been going to Orange Theory for going on 2 years now. I usually go to the other downtown location but when I need a certain time that's unavailable at my home gym I go to this location. This location is just as consistent and I love how big and spacious it is. The free parking is the ultimate cherry on top.
