Incredibly friendly and welcoming people .. behind the desk and on the floor.

LOVE OTF Brentwood - coaches & front desk staff are always super helpful. I have a knee injury and have received great modifications. The free validation from the garage downstairs is also a huge plus.

Best 1 hour full body workout w cardio ever. The caliber of the instructors, staff, the music, facility, culture, inspires me. It’s not competitive with others in my opinion (as some people assume due to the visibility of everyone’s heart rates on the screen) if you keep the focus on yourself. It builds fitness across body, heart and attitude over time. The approach can be carried into the rest of your life if you want a practice to show up with your best each day.

the workouts are always different - i never know what to expect so i'm never bored. the coaches are motivating and attentive (especially love coach benzo!) extremely effective total body workout with great music...completely addicting

I attend 7:40 am class Mon-Fri. Coaches are very nice and professional, they correct you if you do any mistakes during the workout. The staff at the front desk are very polite, nice and professional. Everyone makes you feel very welcome! The Studio is very very neat and clean, machines are new. I love the workouts, though I wish you consider returning back to 3G classes. Thank you Orangetheory!

It is a great workout for all ages and all stages of where you are at physically! One thing I do like a lot is that they cater to your capability at the moment and they offer options for beginners all the way to advanced. The staff is great, parking is easy, community is awesome and cleanliness is on point. Highly recommend to anyone!

Bad business! They have been charging us for our daughter’s gym membership since 2019, even though she called to cancel right before being hospitalized back in 11/2019. They said they would refund us if we could prove the hospitalization, which we did, but now they are backtracking on that promise despite knowing very well that she has not attended the gym since that date. And they never emailed us asking if she still wanted to be a member when it reopened after the pandemic, but just continued to charge us all this time! What a scam! We want our money back!

If you are a busy professional, and can potentially can run a few minutes late this is NOT a place for you! I was just reading the reviews to see if anybody is having or had the same experience. I see that Jacklin canceled her membership like I did for the same reasons.Customer is not the priority, it is actually the time you come in matters more. My first time 7 min late they send me back and they mentioned to me about the 5 min late policy….that instantly became an issue for me. I ended up cancelling my membership l. Today I came in within 5 min late (within their grace period) and they did NOT allow me in. They said something NEW that I needed to be checked-in AND INSIDE the work out room within the 5 min period!! I guess the 5 min grace period is actually 3min ish…? Anyway, I go to Barry’s they have the same policy and I never had issues. If I come in within 5min policy they will allow you to come in! Sometimes even 6min! Nothing against the instructors they are awesome! I love every single one :). By the way the front desk lady I was there on Tue 11am Sep6th..she was super rude both times and not giving customer consistent information.I’m still going because it takes 2 months to fully cancel the membership and I still have plenty of classes to attend…if I’m on time lol!

I loved the instructor and his energy. The workout kept my mind occupied and I like that it is switched up so that you don't do the same thing all the time. The staff was very sweet, helpful and knowledgable. I was provided with pricing info that will help me incorporate Orange Theory into my schedule with my current budget (not much) hee-hee! Today my glutes are burning!! I think it's thanks to the rowing machine. Thanks Orange Theory!!

So sorry for this review but I had to say somethingI have been going for 3 months and I am a regular client. I have kids and I have to drop them to their class so I can get there. This is tge second time I got there one min after grace period and they will not let me in. So weird. I membership after this happened the first time. However they need 30 day notice so I have no choice to continue going for my money. However this happened again. I think it is disgusting if it was my first time yes I understand but I am regular and you should make change.
