Such a great facility to workout at, when it isn't teaming with people. If you get there early or just before it closes, it's possible to get a great workout in undisturbed. Otherwise, expect a wait. Despite being smaller than the gym at Lyon Center and open for shorter hours, I'd argue that the Village Fitness Center is a much more welcoming bet.

Great gym and various amenities. Outsiders can join. Best new equipment around. And all the youngsters there are so nice. Thanks USC!

Good gym - clean, nice equipment, and good environment. But they ALWAYS change their operating hours seemingly at a whim. Here on Sunday at 2:20 PM during summer hours and they're closed. Just last week, they were open at their advertised times. Tried asking the staff at Lyon Center Gym (the one a block's walk away) and they just shrugged. 🤣

As an up and coming power lifter currently working towards a 3 plate bench and 5 plate squat and deadlift, I have been to a multitude of gyms across the world. Among all the gym staff I have encountered, Mr. Luke Langlois is the best staff member I have interacted with. Upon first impression, Mr. Langlois was dressed extremely professionally and greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. He swiftly but gracefully moved his tablet from one end to the other to scan my phone and made sure to carefully examine my Trojan check. He understands that gym member and staff safety is crucial and should be taken seriously, especially during this pandemic period. As such, he makes sure to carefully check his device to make sure there is in discrepancies between the Trojan check and the presenter. With such an focused outlook on his role as a gym staff, I truly believe that Mr. Langlois deserves a raise.

They have probably the cleanest towels I've ever seen or felt. All the equipment and staff is top notch!

Go at the right times (early morning, late evening) and it is an outstanding place to workout. There are some pretty inconsiderate people (clean up your weights and treat the gym like your own!!!) but they are few. Great rates for staff, thank you!

A new, VERY nice fitness facility with all of your personal wellness needs. Can be pretty crowded on certain days of the week but that is to be expected as this place is about as good as they come.

Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is of good quality and in good repair. Plenty of dumbbells all the way up to 115lbs+, with duplicates of most weights. Benches in the free weight area can have a wait time, but it is usually not too long. I do not recommend going in the hour before closing because it is hectic and hard to secure equipment to get on.

Fitness equipments are new while too many people after 4 pm, even can not find an unoccupied closet to store my bags. Its closed at 9pm in summer vacation, so I usually working out at LYON in peakhours.

When the inconsiderate and egocentric boys stop staring at themselves in the mirror and start putting weights back to their place or the gym staff begins to organize the place (or at least call people out when they don't put weights back) then maybe this gym will deserve more stars. Until then, this likely will continue to be one of the worst college gyms I've been to. Good luck finding that weight.
