Anyone who writes a bad review of this location has obviously not visited the other gyms in the area. I've been to them all in a search of a place I like. Both nearby rec centers. Vasa. The YMCA. 24 Hour Fitness. Gold's in Longmont. Lifetime. By far this gym is the cleanest one I go to with the nicest staff. You rarely have to wait, and all of the equipment is new and obviously well–cared for. I feel at home here and look forward to going, and that's the most important thing! Keep up the good work!

False advertisement says 24 hour right on the front of the gym, take it down until you guys are actually 24hour Well I tried to do a day trial because I herd of friends trying out the gym before they sign up for the membership the staff at the front told me there was no such thing as a day trial, and I needed to pay 20$ for a day pass just to try the gym, I later found a free day trial on the Planet Fitness website and used my free day pass and unfortunately 3-4 free weight benches is all the gym had and cardios takes up 3/4 of the gym. They definitely need more free weights and I stopped by on my way to work and I could not get the showers to go warm after waiting over 10 mins. Get your showers fixed and actually be 24 hour like your advertising and this would be a decent gym

Update: Seems the showers are fixed or there's a way to fix them. Only other thing I wish they had that some of the other ones do is the assisted pull-up machine.Original: The space is nice and staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment like the rest of the PFs. Only real downside is the showers. You're lucky to get 2-3 minutes of hot water, if any at all. Tried several times and the same results every time. So if cold showers are your thing this is the place for you.

The staff typically keeps everything perfectly in order. Mentioned that some people aren't wearing their masks and I felt like I was bothering both desk staff. Essentially told to go beat it... I'll cancel my subscription if that happens again.

As I tried to check in this morning I witnessed one employee belittling another employee over what seemed to be something minor…. I just feel like it’s unprofessional to scold someone in front of guests who just want to work out. Not exactly sure if the employees name but it was a female with dark hair, glasses and big holes in her ears.

I traveled a lot and visit many planet fitnesses. This is one of the top ones. Lacey always takes care of any issues I have. This place is my daily therapy

Freezing cold showers!! I let them run for a very long time and they never got warm. When I told the staff they just laughed and said, "yeah, it's shower at your own risk." Not okay!
