I can't imagine my life without knowing about Del Sol. They have helped me recover from not being able to walk due to back injury, I had diminished bladder control, extreme pain and now it's a distant memory. I've gone back again when my hands were damaged with similar results, and now due to a work related injury my knees have come so far because of their medical massage. Life has been so much better because of Del Sol Community Wellness.

I can't say enough good things about Catherine and her staff. Very detailed, knowledgeable and conscientious about your personal health needs. I came in with plantar fasciitis that was seriously crippling my workouts and active lifestyle. Within 8 sessions, problem solved and I can now enjoy regular massages for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
