I just love this place. Everyone who works here is kind, caring and professional. I have a chronic illness and was referred by a friend. I have regular massages and acupuncture treatments and I always leave feeling better than I arrived. Awesome, thank you!

Catherine does an amazing job of identifying problem areas and treating soft tissue injuries such as mine. In addition, for a reasonable monthly membership fee, I have access to therapeutic massage, a nutritionist, acupuncturist and regular Zumba, yoga and strengthening classes.I highly recommend this wellness center!

Catherine did an amazing job relieving all the stress and anxiety I had in my muscles. I slept so much better last night. I was very comfortable and felt safe in her office space. I've been seeing her for over a year and she'samazing. I highly recommend her!

Catherine is so kind and professional. She takes time to really hear what’s going on and treat you specifically for your situation. She’s willing to try new things until she finds what works for you. She’s very knowledgeable and takes a more holistic approach. It’s not just a massage. I highly recommend!

Del Sol Massage and Bodywork has done such a amazing job on my daughter. She has had knee problems with pain and it being continually swollen. With the help of Catherine at Del Sol she has managed her pain and the swelling has come down significantly. I highly recommend Del Sol Massage and Bodywork for any issues with pain and or joints being swollen.
