We love Prodigy House. My son does the teen class and I do the adult class. Coach Erin is very knowledgeable and fun. Owners Sam and Jen make us feel like family. We all had lunch together on Sunday as a team. It is the best workout and a good time.

Not helpful at all with one-on-one training. Only group training. Kind of depressing. Made me question if I even want to keep training mma or give up entirely. Depressing.
