Great teachers, friendly students. You will always get a good workout, but if you want to take it slower, that's ok, too. The kids program is awesome as well!

This gym is so warm and welcoming! All of the students seem to love the class and the coach is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help all of the students, children and adults alike! Everyone I've run into here is super friendly!

My children have gone here for almost 2 years. The thing that makes this gym the best one out there, is the people. They are incredibly kind, very respectful and attentive, but most of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE. They know what they are doing. Coach Eron has taught my kids how to not only defend themselves, but to be respectful, honest, disciplined, and caring. They are our second family by far and we absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!

Our children absolutely love the Prodigy house! The coach is an amazing, knowledgeable trainer who is great with kids! Also the coach and staff create a fun and memorable session for everyone to really engage and retain their training in Muay Thai Kickboxing. Plus the atmosphere is so warm, welcoming, and fun. Feels like family! I highly recommend going here. It’s perfect for kids, adults, and families. Our teenager loves the intense, fulfilling adult class that trains him up and keeps him in amazing shape! It really makes a difference when you have a coach and staff who are passionate about what they do and who they train. You will find that here.

First and foremost, I wish I would've found this gym when I started my journey with Muay Thai and competing.I've trained in Kickboxing and Muay Thai off and on for almost 10 years and I have never seen a Coach love what they do as much as Erin!Anyone can teach something, but not just anyone can COACH. A coach has to LOVE the sport, and have an obsession with studying the sport... competing experience is always a plus too... Erin simply has it all. You can literally feel his love for the sport, and his students , radiate as he coaches.Jen and Sam are some more great people you will see here and are truly a foundation of the gym as well. You will immediately feel at home, Jen and Sam have such a Papa and Mama Bear spirit.As if the coaching wasn't already enough, you couldn't meet better gym managers/owners than Jen and Sam.I'm a Personal Trainer, so I have been through dozens and dozens of gyms ....and even though this is a fighting gym, there is absolutely no ego and no egos tolerated and these two make sure to keep it that way!Not to be a corn-dog but I am truly grateful I have found this gym! I could go on and on!

I love this place! I go three times a week and have the most fun I can have while remaining sober. I can’t recommend it enough.
