Since working out here at ILKB fitness Westford, I find every class and trainer are different but always super challenging. Its a great place to burn calories, beat the stress and make new friends

I’m so out of shape and haven’t gotten a work out in years! Got an awesome deal on Groupon and so far went to 2 classes. It is an intense workout but the seller was the vibe! The clients and staff are so supportive and definitely non judgy! I can’t wait for my next class!

When I first walked in I saw those pictures of the Fitfam that had made 300 classes. After the first three classes I questioned myself if it was even possible. I had done kickboxing for a short time in my 30's and loved every second of it. I had practiced Kenpo Karate in my late teens early 20's, so I had the basics. I met someone there who told me they come to class 5 days a week, I thought it impossible. After a few months of work outs I was going 5 days a week, and crushing it ! The results are amazing, increased energy, increased muscle, increased stamina. I see the benefits in all the other sports I enjoy Skiing, Golf, and Hiking. ILKB Westford has transformed my life for the better !! My first KB class that I took in my life was in California. I had incredible coaches, and I was hooked. When we moved to MA, I wasn't sure if any KB gyms would give me the same excitement and workout. I checked out three KB gyms, and I immediately knew this was the place that I wanted to join.KB is a full body exercise in which I have experienced the building of- Physical Body (muscles, balance, cardio)- Mental Toughness (challenges, commitment)- Community (workout friends, relationship with coaches)ILK is for people of all abilities, and this is the reason why I love it!I have been a member since they opened in August 2018. As in most gyms, there have been some changes in management and coaches, but ILK never failed to "build" me. Most importantly, I love this community and the friends that I have made here.

Being 5 months postpartum I knew I needed to wake up and start taking care of myself. I was in a low place mentally and I knew I needed to do something. I came across an AD and knew right away that I needed to at least try. I’ve always wanted to try but with restrictions on a back injury I was always scared to hurt myself. But I decided to go in and explain my back situation and I was reassured that there were plenty of modifications to avoid injury. I signed up and so happy that I did. Being four months in I have so much more energy, my mindset is back on track, I am so much stronger and I’m doing so much more with my three kids. Not only did I get my life back in a positive shine I am part of an amazing group of people who make you feel like you belong. I highly recommend Iloveboxing to everyone I talk to. I’m not there as much as I would love to but I appreciate the Westford family.

It is a fun place for a complete workout. Never a dull moment here along with staying active and fit. Nice and supportive coaches. I would recommend 10/10

I went to the “Sweat, Sip, and Shop” event they hosted and had a blast! It was an awesome work out and I had fun doing it. Coaches were motivating, energetic and encouraging! Would absolutely recommend! 😊 …

Absolutely incredible!! Loved the warmup, the workout, the event afterwards! My core is on FIRE! Music also gave the class such a vibe! Class instructors were energetic and brought a new level of fun & intensity to the workout. I would 100% come here again.

The energy and staff are just what I need to stay motivated!!!!
