One of the best places I have ever worked out at. Like a family and the coaches are right there with you during classes or helping you out when you are on your own. Can't say enough about this place.

So, five stars is not enough. Between the excellent staff, fantastic facilities, and thoughtful individualized planning for SOS's clients, I can't say enough. After years of dealing with a bad back, that went seriously wrong earlier in the year, owner Mike Perry, has me well on the way to healing and getting back to all the activities I love, even stronger. I am hooked! You will never regret being part of the SOS community.

I have never been so enthused by a fitness program, nor have I found a better group of people to work out with day in and day out. 5 feels so good!! I am stronger than I ever thought I would be, have lost a great amount of weight, have more energy, am conscious now about what I put in the tank so I can achieve greater success at the gym...these are all things I feel are HUGE accomplishments since I stepped into my first early morning MOVE class in April. Love, love, love!!

Can't say enough. I've been encouraged to join for months (years?) and kept saying it wasn't for me, I wasn't ready, it was too expensive, it was for elite athletes only, I don't do boutique, excuse, excuse, excuse. This is a diverse, comfortable place to get a very meaningful workout. It's efficient. The workouts are varied and creative. The class times work well for working folk. The staff is friendly, encouraging and they care. SOS can't even be compared to your standard $10 a month gym. It's more than a gym. Try it out.

I started going to this gym to try and help my golf game. Admittedly, that isn't the best reason to get into the gym but whatever gets you there is a good reason in my book. I think this gym is great, the trainers are great, the culture is great, etc. Most people I know who go to this gym have the same feedback (which is great!) One other thing I'll say, is my club head speed is way up this year! Some of that may be technique but a lot of it is due to the work at SOS. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with SOS and hopefully picking up a few more MPH of club head speed along the way!

I’ve been a member of SOS for about a year and a half now – joining this gym was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I knew I needed to make a change to improve my overall health, so I decided to invest in some help to make myself reach these goals. I have not been disappointed – it’s been worth every penny. Not only have I been getting great workouts, but I’ve learned how to properly lift weights from supportive coaches and I’ve had fun doing it in a group class setting. The community at SOS is really special. I’ve recently started participating in the new THRIVE small group training program at SOS – this new program offers customized training programs and a small group training session (max of five clients) each week with Coach Kevin Driscoll. There are various reasons to try out THRIVE, but for myself personally, it offered a way to get even more accountability and a program specific to my individual strength goals that would challenge me in new ways. I also recently found out that I have a chronic knee injury which prevents me from being able to do all of the exercises in the regular group classes (although, the coaches always have alternatives available!). But THRIVE offers a program that is specifically tailored to me and my abilities - it includes only exercises that I can perform safely even with my chronic knee injury. THRIVE provides a challenging individualized program in a supportive environment. And the weekly small group training sessions offer more one-on-one coaching due to the smaller class size which I have found very beneficial. Coach Kevin has made a positive impact on my life and he continues to do so each week with THRIVE – he is not only knowledgeable and helpful, but he is able to motivate effectively and knows when to push me harder. And he does it all with a great sense of humor which makes even the hardest exercises fun!
