I love it here. They make you feel welcome from day 1 and the workouts are awesome. I’ve only been going a month and I already feel stronger.

If you’re a mom & care about the quality of care your children receive - do not take them here.I was excited about this place and loved the fun workout.But I checked in on my kids and stayed in the room long enough to see the childcare attendants throw back a toy a girl had given them and told her to not make a mess.That explains why the room is spotless.They also didn’t play with the girls offering their own toys they brought - just stood around, not even smiling.Don’t offer childcare if the children are not actually going to be taken care of.Good workout, but not worth the happiness of my children.
