The atmosphere, the trainers, the front desk staff, the child watch staff are all encouraging and amazing! What is a bonus is that the members are wonderful as well. It is a very supportive place to not only change your body but how you feel about yourself and your every day life! Its absolutely worth every penny!!!

This is the first gym I’ve ever been to (out of many) that I consistently go to! The three trainers and the front desk staff are wonderful. The trainers give us a wonderful, but TOUGH workout in 45 minutes and keep each workout interesting. The BEST part is the comradeship and friendships I’ve formed since LynchBurn opened earlier this year. We push each other to be our best and hold each other accountable. I love my 5:30am girls!

An amazing workout!!! The instructors challenged me and I was able to do more than I thought was possible. The child care is a great bonus and my kids love it! I like that it's only 45 minutes but very intense..... if you want it to be or you can always modify down at any point. Positive atmosphere! Highly recommend.
