I can’t say enough about this place. My daughter(7years old) recently started her BJJ journey here and the other students were very polite and welcomed her into the class warmly! Our daughter is neurodiverse and struggles in social environments so naturally we were worried how this would go. To our delight, the coaches for the kids class have been nothing short of phenomenal in their patience and ability to teach our daughter and make her feel at home. The equipment and mats are clean and high quality, and the atmosphere is super friendly! Prices are best in Lynchburg for the quality of service!

Awesome place to train, they made me and my wife feel like family! The coaches care and are very thorough. Saw phenomenal results within 90 days of training at the Hero’s Home. Highly recommend if you have fitness goals you’re trying to achieve or looking for a great community of people to workout with.

Dropped in while visiting the area and had a great workout! I did a class and thought the coach was terrific. The owner was professional and responsive when I reached out to inquire about dropping in. The facility was immaculate and had great vibes.

The classes offered at the gym are plentiful and are very easy to work into a schedule. The way the classes are structured are done so well that you are never bored and always get to push yourself to your limits at the end of class!

Best gym in Lynchburg. Great management who are passionate about health and fitness, as well as community. Can’t recommend more highly. My kids do Jiu Jitsu while my wife and I get our workout in!

The gym is unlike anything out there. The coaching is effective, encouraging, and innovative. The community of people here is like a big family! If you’re looking for a place that will push you to reach your goals as a beginner or as a competitor, this is it! We love the family friendly atmosphere for our kiddos to safely play while we get strong! Cannot recommend this training facility enough! 👏🏼
