Absolutely INCREDIBLE gym. 200/10 HIGHLY recommend, Brandon (owner) is amazing and his passion for fitness is apparent, he genuinely wants you to succeed and love what you do. So generous, and the gym is absolutely beautiful. Knurling is fresh, competition-grade barbells, all the functional accessories you could need, and even self propelled curve treadmill/turf area. Can’t say enough about this place

I started going to HH only a few months ago never done CrossFit before and now I am in the best shape of my life. The facility uses the highest quality equipment, the community is the best, coaches are very personable and knowledgeable. If you come and try one class, you will be hooked instantly!

I was in town for a couple months and needed a place to train and was so happy I chose The Heroes Home. The facility was clean, had top of the line equipment, and the members and staff were extrememly kind and welcoming. The classes were great and when I couldn't make class, there was plenty of open gym time. It was truly the best hour of my day! 10/10 Recommend!!

Great community and the equipment is phenomenal! There is no gym around that can match the community and people there! Best CrossFit Lynchburg area gym you will find! Spot for kids also so you can train while they are being entertained! And they have jujitsu BJJ for kids & adults! The Heroes Home Gym making champions!

Absolutely love this place, not only does it have all the equipment you could want but the overall environment is so encouraging, uplifting, motivating and inspiring. I loved being spurred on by strangers and returning the favor-when you’re here, you’re here to conquer, overcome, and get stronger no matter who you are or where you’ve come from. Such a positive gym, and the variety of workouts you can accomplish here is wonderful. Open gym hours are gracious!

I have been part of Heroes Home since they opened a year ago. The owners are family focused. This has been a great experience to be part of. The coaches are top notch and the equipment is the best in the area. Feel free to stop by and try out a class. The staff and members are extremely welcoming and helpful. No previous experience needed.

I have been to several gyms in the area and none have compared to The Heroes Home and the community it offers. Their equipment is high quality and their workouts are challenging, but allow you to modify based on your strengths and abilities. I recommend anyone looking for an amazing workout, coaches, or team to push you to your best to try The Heroes Home!

The Heroes Home has become one of my favorite parts of Lynchburg. The community is supportive, encouraging, enticing, and most of all fun! Everyday is something new. I went in with a goal, and within three months I hit my strength goal. Now making new goals, and advancing with everyone. Not without the support of the amazing coaches! You guys are awesome.

Hopped from gym to gym & decided to commit here. New to Crossfit and decided to join The Heroes Home. Great Community, Top-Notch Coaches, and Excellent workouts. This gym is hands down the best gym in Lynchburg.
