My husband and I have been going to planet fitness for a long while. We have noticed some positive changes around. We want personally congratulate and thank to Joseph (manager) who is kind, professional and takes care of everyone with a great attitude. Also Christopher and Anthony for their always friendly personality and the way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This location is lucky to have these 3 employees. Great place always clean.

Good place to go and get a good workout in. Kinda wished that it was 24 hrs on Saturday but what are you going to do.

It's an ok gym but sure wish they had more equipment like Medford location. Why aren't all the planet fitness standard?

It's okay. Lots of people show up to "work out" but tend to linger around machines and equipment making it difficult for people who are actually working out. The staff tends to like to clean as the gym swings up into it's busiest hour. They lift treadmills up and mop under them and leave them up for an excessively long time, for reasons unknown as people come in to work out and almost get smashed by falling treadmills. The staff also gets annoyed when someone tries to put down a treadmill that is up for no reason and it falls. Overall, the gym is poorly managed and is only at it's best between midnight and 4am when no one is there. If you have to go to one any other time go to Salem or Medford, you'll get a better experience. Also, I suggest if you have black card to sign up at Medford or Salem as your base gym.

The place is clean and nice but the workers are rude specially a lady named Karla, I joined online and didn't get a card or tshirt, I went and asked for a shirt, she gave me an attitude and said she couldn't give it to me because it wasn't her who helped me join. I explained to her that I had joined online and she kept on giving me attitude. At the end I didn't get and tshirt and I'm giving a bad review not because of the place but because of this employee.

IMMACULATE! I joined for tanning- stayed for the gym!Yes I joined a gym strictly to tan unlimited $20/month (24hrs 5 days/wk plus and in addition to the $40 annual fee I was immediately told about up front by Alex.My expectations were blown out of the water- I instantly felt comfortable and I'm absolutely impressed! I'M ACTUALLY GOING TO WORK OUT PEOPLE!Alex at the front desk was top notch professional, extremely friendly and informative. As was the young lady I briefly spoke with, I believe her name was Nicole or Lauren.This review is strictly based on me judging the appearance of the non judgment zone, staff and my first impression only.I will add that I'm a polite, friendly, positive human. Also keep in mind it was 2am and the only equipment I used was a state of the art huge tanning bed and the ladies facilities.This was my first time walking into a planet fitness ever. I had not been a member of a public gym in almost two decades because gyms were the only place to overwhelm me.I'm stoked to know that, that was the last time I'll hear myself say that sentence because it's no longer my experience. I can't wait to start working out here! I saw 2-3 members at 2am on a Monday.I can not get over how clean it is! It looks and even still smells new. It's super spacious, showers, lockers, tanning bed, both, some type of hydro massage bed I believe.I tanned for 12 mins, soaked up that vitamin D and Im feeling very grateful to have access to this little gem and it's friendly staff.

Been coming here for a long time. Usually always on point. Sometimes they slack changing the water filter on the bubbler but that's no big deal.

recent visit and not crazy about this location. I didn't find the layout of the equipment that great here and it seems to be just the basic equipment here. Attempted table massage but neither could be adjusted and staff mentioned they were having issues.

You've been warned. While this gym may be nice by Revere standards it is easier to leave the military than it is to leave this gym contract. They don't let you cancel over the phone or via email. They will make you go to the post office to get a certified/registered letter and mail it to them or drive down and cancel in person. Very bad customer service and extremely inconvenient. Obviously this is a business tactic to delay your cancellation while they collect more fees and dues.
