The gym is simple and has everything that I need. When it’s busy you might wait a little longer for the weights. The staff is okay. Overall for the price and amenities I am happy with a gym that is nearby. The reason for the 3 stars is as followed below:On August 12th the place was supposed to open at 7 am and there were a bunch of people waiting. Most left at 7:25. Since I walked here being met with this unexpected surprise and having no one to talk to was quite disappointing.I spoke with someone who said this is a regular thing. This was my first experience with this.I hope someone does something about it or compensates those who were inconvenienced including me. Most people have a small window to get their workout in.Also, the phone number on there routed to the Woburn location.

Planet Fitness Malden, MA recently illegally debited my credit/debit card for 49.00$ that I did not owe them. I had to argue with the staff and manager about the illegal withdrawal and so did my bank. I have to cancel my Planet Fitness gym membership to prevent future illegal withdrawals on my bank account.

Not a bad planet. Equipment is solid. Cardio equipment was.comfortable unlike some of.the others with outdated treadmills. Only one near.me.that is 24/5
