It was a pop-up gym wellness event. There were workers available to discuss mental health issues and what one can do to get help. What a great time I had! We started out with yoga then a drum circle which was amazing. The class ended with meditation. The group meets there the second Saturday monthly. I will definitely be there. ❤️

I was a member of a gym in the past to stay fit. I was happy to find a place that was so close to the house and so very well kept. The staff is very friendly.

All I can say is Rosa Jackson Center is not how it used to be but it's a good thing cause I wouldn't dear go in there back in the day cause you'll probably would've got jump. It's cool now though and looks way better since they added the other building.

I went to the their public gym for a work out. It was open to the community and it had some basic but nice equipment. The gym opens for Public use after 6pm.

Great community center with plenty of free activities. I love the art, walk for health and yoga classes. The instructor Ms K is awesome sweet and amazing! I would recommend everyone who lives in the Macon area to check of this center..

This was a beautiful rec center. We held our family reunion here on 6/23/18. Reserved dining area and blue gym w bleachers. Kids also played at small playground on the side. Staff was pleasant.

Beautifully rebuilt, nice clean place for our children to be active, basketball courts, workout room, etc. I only have a problem with the opening time of the weight room, which has really nice equipment. Personally, I prefer to work out early a.m., from 7 to 9 a.m., but the weight room opens at 10:00 a.m.?, too late in the morning for me.
