Since the hours are now open 24/7 it's not as crowded and don't have to wait around to use equipment even though I wish they had a hack squat machine but overall the experience was great.

I like that right from my first time, it has been an airy, pleasant, efficient, and supportive atmosphere. It relaxes me as I workout at my own pace. The area is motivational, even when busy with members, rather than intimidating and dark.

They say there is no contract and cancel anytime...so why when I did 3 years ago during covid19, I developed health issues. I went back to get back in shape but did not know I had to pay almost $90 to start back. Keep it!! I started at Crunch Fitness and love the service they provide

Seems like some nights no one is on staff there. Can’t use the amenities. Numerous people scan in and no one is there to assist them. Or you have to wait around for 10-15 mins or just leave. The last 3-4 times I’ve been in there no one is at the counter ever. People even go around the gym searching for them. Amenities are cool, but not if they can’t be used. Spend some money. Hire some employees.
