AIReal Yoga was amazing for my back and shoulders. It’s like a 1 hour massage, stretch and strengthening yoga and spine adjustment all wrapped up in one relaxed and invigorating class.

Sparks is such a welcoming and beautiful studio! I love all the classes from AIReal to Heated Power to the Rest and Restore. The instructors are very knowledgeable and really care about all the students. I love that Sparks is in such a great downtown location too!

I've been going to Sparks since it opened and have had a wonderful experience there. First, the location is extremely convenient to Macon's downtown, College Hill neighborhoods, and Mercer University. The space is absolutely beautiful and features a spacious and soothing studio space, a large open area, a massage therapist, and a smaller room for private/small classes. Several styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, AIReal, Yogahour, and Yin) are offered including heated and non-heated classes. They use radiant heat which is much more pleasant than space heaters as it really feels like the sun. While I've enjoyed all of my classes at Sparks, I've found the AIReal classes to be a really fun way to work on flexibility and strength and to push my own limits. Overall, Sparks is a great new addition to Macon's growing yoga scene.

No better place to get centered in Macon! Affordably priced and and outstanding facility. Multiple teachers so you can find the right classes for you. Many different options. Meghan and her staff are incredibly helpful and patient. From the moment I started, my Yoga experience has been an enjoyable and i feel so much better. It's addictive! If you're looking for a place to learn or just enhance your practice in Macon, this is the place!
