I was a member in the past. I had a great experience then, and I'm having a better experience now.I can go into any anytime fitness with my fob get my power lifting in and then I can leave. I can even take a shower there.

The facility is great. I had a billing issue that was really frustrating, but they worked with me to fix it and in the end I was just overreacting.

Yesterday, I visited Anytime Fitness on Atwood Ave. My trainer, Jordan Duwe, turned out to be one of the most accomplished and knowledgeable trainers I've worked with. Stating in clear, detailed language, imbued with a proper dose of encouragement; Jordan guided me through the often complex steps of various exercises. What's more, he provided me with a game plan tailored to my particular fitness needs and goals through information gained through an extensive intake interview which disclosed info about my health and goals. All in all, I came away impressed. Jordan is knowledgeable and offers helpful advice. His encouragement is genuine and builds confidence. For those intent on more fit and healthy, I recommend you pop down to Anytime Fitness on Atwood Ave and ask for Jordon Duwe.Thanks.

The coaching at Anytime Fitness Atwood is excellent! As you learn new exercises and revisit old ones, your form/technique is consistently tweaked to maximize fitness and minimize injury. The workout routines vary, so you are always learning new exercises to improve your strength, balance, and endurance. I was hesitant to add small group training to my membership but am so thankful that I did!

I have participated in the small group sessions since October '22, and I can't say enough good things about the excellent staff. The coaches - that is: Jordan, Bailey, Alora & Bella - are sensitive to our "older person" needs, which I deeply appreciate. Honestly, I could barely do certain exercises when I started and today due to their expert training, I now feel around 53 or so! ππ
