It's only been one day but I feel empowered here and I don't feel ashamed when I tell my trainer that a set of exercise is too hard for me. She helps me modify it in a way that's easier but still pushes me.

Seen commercial on tv saying free personal trainer through January 31. It was not available at all because they are booked. Go to different company. They were beyond rude.

Never seen a hot Water in here and had to take a shower while freezing . And nobody take care about this problem . Owner should take responsiblity and take care of his gym .

I got a e-mail offering a 7 days free trial and when I arrived there they said that they are not doing this free trial anymore. Lost my time going there.

This gym is really big, they have multiple deadlifting platforms and a ton of squat racks, I never have to wait for equipment!
