Super clean gym and very open! The workers are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. They sell their own supplements which I think is very reasonably priced.

Awesome gym and people! Love how cozy the gym is and the staff are all very knowledgeable and always down to help spot and correct you, plus you don’t feel pressured to join their programs, but they have workout splits and lifts available for you to try at no extra cost. Very clean gym, they’re always vacuuming and mopping, the workout equipment are always clean and they have rags and cleaning supplies available for everyone. It’s open 24hrs a day, meaning you get your own access so that’s a plus, and it isn’t super crowded so you’re always able to do all your workouts.

Been coming here for about a year now and long overdue for review. Great atmosphere, equipment, clean, and never crowded. Also gotta give a shout out to Nolan, he definitely keeps that place running smoothly, spotless, and a great guy to chat with.

Love the atmosphere at this gym, whether a beginner or an advanced athlete/lifter it has most things you would need from an upstairs turf strip to push weighted sleds on to a dumbbell rack downstairs going all the way up to 150 I believe. There are many more amenities to this gym but you’ll have to come in for yourself to see what they are.

Absolutely amazing to work with. We are from out of state and wanted a serious gym to lift for the week. Nolan was amazing to work with and he helped out with a week pass. Equipment well taken care of and and overall great experience

I’ve been a member since November of 22, and I’ve really enjoyed working with my trainer Kaade. I am older and very out of shape, not the typical gym goer, but he has worked through my difficulties and pushes me hard while making sure I don’t push hard enough to injure myself. I enjoy the strength training with him weekly and the workouts he gives me for the other days to do.

The equipment is in good shape, the staff is amazing, and willing to help! The vibes are awesome and the environment makes me want to go everyday! I feel great after every sesh.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to for a number of reasons. It has never been to crowded, therefore I never have to wait for equipment. There is also such a wide variety of handles, attachments, and other various equipment that I haven't seen in other gyms which certainly benefits my workouts. Lastly, the staff are welcoming and passionate about fitness which is both motivating and encouraging for all of the members of the gym.

My husband and I visited this gym from out of state. We were very impressed with how helpful and kind the staff was. To add to that, the facility was very clean and had a great overall atmosphere.

Phenomenal gum setup, all the equipment you could want and there is never a wait for a rack or piece of equipment. On top of that, everyone is so friendly and helpful if you need anything! And also super affordable, easily the best bang for your buck gym I’ve ever been to, and it’s not close. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
