Great energy in this gym! The owner works out there himself, so it's not unusual to see Shawn there too. Always a nice touch when the owner of the business is on-site. The equipment is top-notch, it's always clean, and it's wicked affordable too!

Great brand new equipment, plenty of weight with a variety of attachments for cable equipment. Trainers available and owner is great to respond quick. Would highly recommend to any serious athlete or lifter

This is the best gym you likely do not know about. Has all top grade equipment for serious lifters who don't want a soft commercial gym feel or vibe. Clean, open, small in size but big enough for what you need to do here. Never busy or slammed. Super kind owner who live the life their members do. They care about the members and often show face at the gym to mingle. Nothing ever broken. A.true lifter/athlete gym if I ever used one in this area.

Cool gym! Super clean, and wasn’t busy. So I felt comfortable getting to know the gym on my first visit. Had all the equipment I could’ve wanted. Will be back!
