Probably one of the most challenging (in a good way) 45 minutes of my life. Love every workout they offer. Always doing something new, never boring, and love that the trainers push you everyday. If you can’t do something, the trainers always have modifications for you. I am hooked!! Staff is friendly and knows my name. Got my girlfriend in and now she’s hooked.

My body is sore all week long, with a different group of muscles each day! Love it! Clean, organized, I am greeted by my name - shocking to me because there are hundreds of people coming through the doors! Great workouts!

Burn Bootcamp has been amazing for me. The trainers are awesome and helpful and the groups support each other through some challenging workouts, it really is a welcoming environment. I always leave there feeling better! I have lost weight, gained muscle and skill and would definitely recommend that anyone interested try it out!

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was intimidated to join a new gym but I have felt so accepted since my first day training. I enjoy going to classes and everyone keeps each other motivated to keep going. Plus you don't have to plan anything, you just have to show up!

I've been a member of Burn Monona for nearly three years. The community at the gym is second to none, and the staff and trainers are amazing. Modifications to increase you workout, and modifications to make it through ankle surgery recovery. The trainers always had an answer. Last but not least, having the opportunity to meet 1:1 with the trainers for focus meetings, as many as you need, really really helps when you're on a fitness and health journey.

This is long overdue. I love burn and I love all the amazing people I get to work out with. I completely understand being overwhelmed by going to the gym but burn is so welcoming and The trainers really take the time to get to know you and your needs. Logan is a fun ball of energy and his workouts and good vibes make you feel amazing for the rest of the day. Jacob is so sweet and Kristina is a gem. I’ve never had a bad experience with any staff . Y’all, if you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed and excited to workout, then look no further!! I have been an athlete my entire life, with ups and downs in my motivation and style of workout. I went to Burn with a friend/co-worker and LOVED my first workout. The price was a little scary, but after taking advantage of the RISE 4 week challenge, I knew I had to join Burn Monona. I feel supported, welcomed, and motivated to go to each workout! Even when I’m tired and don’t want to go, I go, because I know I will feel better after! All the coaches know me by name and check in about any injuries or how I’m feeling each day, so they can provide modifications. I seriously recommend coming in for a trial! You won’t be disappointed!!

Great staff and facility. I stepped away from Burn during Covid, but am happy to be back. Trainers are able to work with everyone to help you modify up or down as needed. So glad to be back!
