Highly recommend! I started my journey with CWH 1 year ago with the 6 week experience package while training and preparing for my first Muay Thai tournament, and have not looked back. I look forward to training every day. The people, the environment, the knowledge and expertise, passion for what they do, and wanting to see you succeed is top notch. The team of individuals from the owners, trainers, medical staff and beyond is first in class. You'll feel welcomed and right at home from the minute you step foot inside this establishment. The workouts, recovery, variety of spa options, CWH has you covered!

Carbon World Health offers a holistic approach toward personal health that is second to none, and that’s due to their ability to provide something for everyone. What separates them from everyone else in their industry is that those who work there go above and beyond. The experiences I’ve had from the first day I started going have been positive. Since I started using many of their services, my health has improved immensely, and I will always be grateful to the entire team at Carbon World Health. Having people on their team with vast knowledge and experience willing to share advice is impactful.

This place waters down there, Botox along with other products they sell and will deny it until the end, but it is TRUE!!! This place is a waste of space and the husband is disgusting and will hit in you even when you tell him to stop or leave you alone. The fact that this place has as high of a rating as it does shocks me and I’m sure are friends of the owners, because I know multiple other women who have had the SAME experience, but are too scared to go against the owners as they know them. It’s shameful and just gross behavior.

Honestly, some of the best money I spend monthly. I've been a member for over 3 years now. It's not cheap but you can show up when you want and still have a trainer available to work with you. I would call it "semi-private" personal training. There is a structured workout that is supervised and is customizable if needed. It's never super busy in there, certainly not a 5 PM at a local gym kind of vibe. The programs that they set up involve high intensity intervals and lifting weights. It's not a crossfit gym, though I would say there's a little bit of influence from it in the programming. The trainers make you accountable and are very encouraging. I'm no elite athlete, though I have seen anyone from someone just getting started to former college athletes and all are challenged. You do need to be in the right mindset - you will be very sore when you start and you need to be mentally ready to change how you work out. That being said, it's incredibly fulfilling to watch your progress and get stronger both physically and mentally. My only minor quibble is that there has been some turnover from the trainers, but I don't imagine it's much different from any other gym. If you are able to train under Pat, he's phenomenal and really cares about the members.

I started with the 6 week program and signed up as a member before I was half way through. Working with a team of professionals who push you and encourage you is just what I signed up for. They focus on your individual goals and tailor the program to match what you need. I am so glad I took the step to join, the results are noticeable everyday.

My schedule fluctuates daily and the CWH model of simply showing up whenever it works vs. a scheduled "class" time is optimal. You get to work with knowledgeable trainers that customize the day's workout for you and your ability. In addition to the fitness side, CWH offers a wide variety of other wellness options including many that help with recovery (cryo, compression therapy, etc.) after workouts. Highly recommend Carbon World Health!

Absolutely disgusting attitude toward women’s bodies. Cannot believe their strategy in 2022 for getting business is to ridicule the way you look. Would never recommend this business to anyone ever.
