I was in Madison from out of town and dropped in on a Saturday for their team WOD. I was quickly greeted and welcomed by the coach. Once I signed all of the waivers and got my shirt (I love when this is an option for the drop in fee), I went out to the gym area. By the time the WOD started, I had been individually greeted and welcomed by about 75% of the people there and felt damn near as welcome as I do in my own gym! The workout was challenging but scalable, my team was fantastic, and everyone was very encouraging and supportive throughout the entire time I was there. This is what the CrossFit community is all about! I'll definitely recommend this place and will stop back in if I ever find myself back in Madison! Thanks, everyone!
