My first month going to D1 has been a blast so far. I have not been the type to enjoy workouts but rather “get through them” and I can honestly say I look forward to going to the classes. I have never stayed consistent with a gym routine despite being a veteran and having discipline instilled in me, however, the ease of scheduling, class times and variety of workouts make it very easy to stick with it. The environment, coaches and the other attendees are all friendly, motivating and helpful to the best of their abilities. So far, I have gained a little over 3lbs of muscle and lost 3%bf which has already surpassed my original goal!

I absolutely love the D1 workouts! I come from an athletic background so I already had a good idea of how to train. The D1 workouts added an element of accountability, guidance from coaches, and community that I didn't realize made such a difference in my fitness routine!Even after 5 years of Division I college strength training, I started the D1 workouts and was able to add muscle mass and lose body fat within the first few weeks. The coaches and owner are super awesome and show they truly care about you and your goals, and aren't just another client in a gym. Highly recommend!

D1 has changed my life a lot! It is a wonderful place that helped me to reach my goals and more. It all started with 6 weeks challenge and grew to a good habit! I spent almost 4 months exercising 3-5 times a week with D1 training Madison west and the results are amazing - minus 40lb and feeling great! I highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend D1 to everyone! I first came to D1 Madison West a little over a year ago as a high school basketball player knowing very little about weight training and working out. The trainers and fellow gym members were very understanding and hospitable, and encouraged me at all times! Not long after joining, just about every lift/agility drill skyrocketed. The trainers are very knowledgeable in what they do, and I’m still learning things that can better my training journey over a year later. The best part is being able to work out with other people that have the same goal in mind. It can be difficult to motivate yourself to go and workout by yourself, but it’s much easier when you have a whole group of people and coaches that are holding you accountable and encouraging you to workout every day! I genuinely look forward to lifting every day! All the coaches are very personable and down to earth people that I find myself seeing more as friends than just as trainers. I can not put in to words how great D1 has been for me and my training, and would recommend everyone would check it out.

I highly recommend D1 Fitness Madison West! In my first 6 weeks I lost 22 pounds of body fat, gained 3 pounds skeletal muscle mass, increased hydration and lost 16 pounds. I am very satisfied with my results, especially since I’m at an age where weight loss can be challenging. I have many physical limitations and the training staff always has a modification or alternative exercise for me. Trainers are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Facility is gorgeous and clean.

My daughter has been training at D1 for over a month now and had thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the training she's receiving. D1 is exceptionally flexible with their scheduling and tailor the training program to fit her specific needs. Additionally, they stress the importance of diet, hydration and rest as key contributors to growth and improving strength, speed, agility and also injury prevention. This type of guidance and knowledge will be invaluable to her to draw from going forward too, as a future Division 1 athlete.

My kids and I go to D1 and the training has been awesome. One of the few places that an entire family can workout. My daughter is 7 and my son is 13 and they both love their time at D1. Jon and Nick are amazing coaches that take the time to make you feel welcome and ensure you are doing things correctly. Carrie and Taytum go out of their way to make your first class as non-intimidating as possible. Taytum was in my first class, partnered with me and made sure that I felt welcome and understood the format. They are reasonably priced and have lots of different time slots so it's easy to make classes work with any schedule.

Have absolutely loved everything here; the workouts, the results, and the people. I had been stuck in a plateau for a long time just going to a standard gym. D1 gave me the structured workouts and nutrition help I needed to break through and see some amazing results. Loved the results I saw after just 6 weeks. I’m feeling strong and confident and can’t wait to see the changes in my body and my strength as I continue my fitness journey at D1!

D1 has by far been the best gym I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend it to everyone! The coaches are knowledgable and passionate about your success and the workouts are challenging but fun and super effective at getting results. The team atmosphere there is extremely supportive and motivational, and everyone does an excellent job of making lifting less intimidating and more accessible to beginners.

Our son needed some extra conditioning to get in shape for his soccer season and D1 was the perfect supplement for him. Carrie is beyond kind, helpful, and professional, and Coach Jon is absolutely amazing with our son. We have been going for just over a month and already see huge improvements. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to get in, or stay in shape! They are amazing!
