This place is like most studios in Madison, subpar. The staff is great, but the classes fill up days in advance and they don't offer more classes at other times in the afternoon on the weekdays between 1 and 4, even though they obviously have the demand for it. I was excited to try this studio after being unsatisfied with innerfire, but I was very disappointed.

Dragonfly Yoga is a wonderful place to workout. While it is mostly college students, they welcome people of every age. I am in my 50’s and I feel right at home. The classes are challenging and the instructors are fabulous! Highly recommend.

It was an early morning class and I had a hard time feeling energized, but Dragonfly definitely changed that. The studio is beautiful, the instructor was cheerful, and even though I struggled a bit as it's been a while since I've done hot yoga, I didn't feel judged in any way. The class left me feeling focused and energized. I've already recommended Dragonfly to several people since and I can't wait to be back.

Dragonfly is a place where you can really come and explore yourself and the joy of yoga on a new level. There really is NO judgment. I have learned so much about myself, my body and my emotions all from practicing yoga at dragonfly. The teachers here are ALWAYS willing to help and assist you in your practice or sit and chat if that is the mood you are in. I recommend dragonfly to anyone who has any interest in yoga at all you will fall in love and you will learn to be yourself on a whole new and deeper level. Kaila, Katie F, Katie M, Anna, Tiffany and Kim along with everyone else at dragonfly have really made this a life changing experience for me. Before I tried yoga I felt bad about my body and self in general that has all changed I love me and I love dragonfly! I feel like I am at my second home now when I step into any of the 4 dragonfly locations! I loved dragonfly so much that I am currently enrolled in there 200 hour teacher training that they offer a couple times a year. It has been a life changing experience I have learned that I am a warrior on and off the mat :) I would recommend dragonfly 10 times a day if I could. whether you are new to yoga, been practicing for years, 15 years old or 100 years old male or female dragonfly is a place for you to be you and work on your practice! <3

I just found out about this studio a few weeks ago, and I absolutely LOVE it! I have taken a lot of the different classes offered, and have loved both the variety and all of the instructors there! Each person has a different personality and adds a different twist to the class experience. Overall, great atmosphere and amazing studio!

I began going to Dragonfly Hot Yoga studio in the fall. I had been to many different yoga studios and yoga classes before and I never really loved it or understood how so many people loved it. I decided to take advantage of the $40 unlimited first month, which began may immense appreciation for yoga. The teachers, studio and environment allowed me a new experience and appreciation for yoga. I now attend classes weekly, and look forward to my time on my mat!The studio itself is the nicest studio I have seen. It is spacious and very open looking out to a huge window. The floors are not the typical wood floors, which is nice with all the sweating that results from a days worth of hot yoga classes. Hot yoga studios are typically damp and a little gross however I have never felt this way about the Dragonfly studio. If you had told me a year ago I was planning on attending hot yoga on the morning of my birthday, I would not have believed you, but my excellent experience at Dragonfly has changed that!

I joined the downtown Dragonfly Hot Yoga studio in October of 2015 as a student and I'm hooked. I was fairly new to yoga (I've participated in some free classes or deals from another local studio in the past, but never had a membership) and my main concern was being in an accepting, positive and helpful environment. I feel like I have gotten just that from absolutely every instructor at Dragonfly! I leave feeling better physically and, more importantly to me, mentally recharged. Quite honestly, going to yoga at Dragonfly is my favorite part of the day usually. Also, the studio is beautiful. Just walking in makes you feel better, especially since you're always greeted with a smile.A note to students - the addition of more classes has made it really easy for me to fit yoga into my schedule most days. It's been awesome. Also, the free mat, towels and tea are a serious perk.
