I was in town visiting, so I stopped in with my brother who trains here. I didn't participate, but the morning class appeared to be structured well, there was great interaction between the members, and everyone was friendly. Its a smaller facility, but that gives it a more intimste training atmosphere.

FANTASTIC gym for everyone from beginners to elite, young to old. The coaches here are efficient and thorough in explaining exercises and modifications for those of us not yep up for some movements.

We have been To Foremost CrossFit during the CrossFit Games. It was faboulus!Everyone was really friendly, the Coaches really did a Great Job and the Programming was very good - Even if there were many Drop ins they offered an awesome Class!!We paid 50 dollars per Person for one week which is a fair Price especially regarding the Good Programming they had!The Box was clean and well equipped.We would definately return! Thanks for having us!

Love this place and the community it offers! I drop in from time to time when I’m the area and always feel welcome. The coaches and members are all very knowledgeable and the wods are always fun and challenging!

My husband and I visited this facility. This place is so nice and clean. Very organized. Great friendly staff. We will be back when we are up in this area again.
