Kamps is the best!!! Great variety of workouts and all of the instructors are so motivating. Would highly recommend!

As far as HIIT workouts go, Kamps brings the intensity to a level I haven't found elsewhere. As a 35+ y/o male, this is the only workout I've found to keep in shape for sports like ice hockey and ultimate frisbee. During the school year, the general clientele is students getting a workout in between classes. Not that it matters who else is there. The workouts are so demanding, you don't really have time to notice who your neighbor is or how hard they're working. Think Orange Theory with dim lighting, treadmills, floor routines and blasting music. Not for everyone, but works for me!

Kamps Live ReviewThis is a great program! Kamps has worked out many of the issues with virtual workouts. They publish a SoundCloud music file for each workout - so you can play it with the workout on your own loud speakers ( no weird zoom music that cuts in and out and has no bass). The playlists are fun - have a nice variety and provide a good pace, while most importantly - not competing with the trainers voice.Each workout is unique and provides a good challenge. The trainers are nice, detailed, and provide lots of variety in day to day classes. They also interact with the virtual attendees on camera and in chat! Great overall energy!I like having a scheduled time for the workouts and having the camera on keeps me honest. Kamps has provided nice structure to working out from home in the pandemic! Give them a try!

I've been doing Kamps On Demand for roughly five months now, and I can say this entire crew is the real deal. The trainers are wonderful, personable, and truly want to see you succeed. I'm in the best shape of my life and owe wonders to this team. I recommend their online/in-person services to anyone and everyone!

KAMPS is such an amazing work out and I love how motivating and energetic the trainers are! It is such a friendly and inclusive environment and I would recommend this work out facility to anyone of any fitness level! All of the staff are super cool and the amenities they offer are so nice! You for sure won't be disappointed and it's in such a great location!!! :)

great class to help learn to recover when you're running and get your heart rate up. has an atmosphere that is welcoming to all levels. instructor involvement keeps you motivated, and upbeat music. burn lots of calories, and can always do the class without using the treadmill by going on the floor twice.

Great workout, and it goes quick. Really nice locker rooms. Fun vibe. Crowd tends to run a bit younger. If you are self conscious, this probably wouldn't be my first recommendation in Madison.

Kamps offers an excellent balance of cardiovascular running and resistance strengthening. Half of the workout is running drills that could include walking, hill intervals, lateral shuffling or self-powered mode sled pushing on Woodway treadmills which feel like running on clouds! The treadmills absorb impact in a joint-sparing manner compared to road running and conventional treadmills, and the good grip/responsiveness allow runners to confidently challenge themselves--I'm definitely able to run faster more comfortably. The weight lifting combines muscular strength and endurance resistance training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells. Muscle groups targeted change each day but on a consistent basis each week. The workout combines high energy and high intensity intervals with tons of modifications and options provided by encouraging and supportive trainers. Of the many varieties of exercise options, this workout consistently leaves one feeling like a one-stop-shop as a very efficient way to train.

Kamps is an incredible workout in a very positive environment. The classes are never the same and work different muscles every time. The instructors are both knowledgeable and dedicated to your success, while maintaining a fun, up-beat class. Also the smoothies are bomb!! I would recommend Kamps to anyone looking for the best workout experience in Madison.

It's a great place to be. It is beautiful on the inside, very cool laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend if you want something that takes you out of your busy day and gives you an hour to focus on just yourself.
